Carnival Women's Full-Figure Satin-Corset Bra

My wedding dress seamstress recommended I buy this brand. She was not wrong. It fits just as expected and holds everything in place. Even with a very large chest (DDD) it holds me up and takes a few inches off the waist. I never thought I would find something that actually does that for me and now I am loyal to this brand!

Bought this for my wedding and was so glad I did. I was worried it would not fit and I would have nothing for under my dress, but there was no need. Fits like a glove and is very supportive. Not the most comfortable item of clothing, but then again neither are most corset style bras. I bought my normal size and it fit great. Boning stays in place and doesn't bow out like some others do.

I’ve looked at several bustier, torsolette, and corsets to find a reasonably priced one that fits me comfortably. I read all the reviews and ordered a couple to try on to see for myself. I ended up ordering this one as my regular bra size. I know some reviews on many of these either complained too big or too small with regular size or some said came in fine. I took a chance on regular size, 40D. To help others, I’m 5’8” and have some extra in the tummy area...not horrible but I do carry my weight there. Without saying my weight I’ll say I’ve measured my waist and it’s 37”. I gave this 3 stars because out of all the ones I tried on, it had the least support. The “bones” in the corset buckled and did not stay straight. So has bumps right under my breasts with those siding pieces. The corset overall fit and clasped all the way up and was not too tight. It was snug on the farthest clips, but comfortable. The other reasons besides support was the cups that I’m giving it 3 stars. Although my boobs fit in the cups (not too big or small), the cups are weirdly shaped like oblong from my armpit in and not round. Not sure how to describe but was not normal. And it didn’t sit flush to my breast bone, stuck out and created a uni-boob. Size wise, I would say fit as expected. But structure not firm. If you are on the smaller side and don’t have any extra in the boobs or in the tummy, maybe it works for those types.

Bought this for my daughter to wear under a bridesmaid's dress. She normally wears a size 38D bra, and, after reading the reviews, we ordered the size 42C in this corset. The band size could have been a size smaller, but would have been harder to fasten, obviously tighter, and we're thinking, not as comfortable as a result.. The cup size, however, was still too big, although it did provide good support. She had some bra cup liners from another bra that filled most of the extra space, so it looked smooth ( the bodice has a lace overlay) and really did end up working with the dress. All in all, we are happy with the purchase. She tried on a couple of different foundation garments at the bridal store, but they did not look any better, and were more than twice the price of this one.

I went to David's Bridal and got my true measurements, so that I can make sure that I ordered the correct size. I didn't want to pay $80.00 at David's Bridal but that thing worked miracles. I had to get my husband to help me get this thing fasten, he finally said "babe" it ain't going to work. I was out breath, he was sweating, you would have thought we were in a wrestling match. I saw another one on Amazon that's a tidbit different, I will try it, if it work that will be great, if it doesn't David's Bridal here I come.

thanks to the tiny fasteners at the back of this bra, and the fact that it's fairly structured shapewear, I was unable to put this thing on by myself. The normal trick of fastening a bra at the front and then turning it to the back once it's on is impossible to do with the rigid boning and cups. If you have a friend to help you dress and undress, and plenty of time in which to do so, it will work out fine and look great but if you're a single gal trying to dress on your own, you're going to be out of luck on this one. Also be prepared for a 'cups runneth over' sort of look once the garment is on and everything is in place. 'The girls' will be up there and out there...if that's the effect you are going for, you won't be disappointed.

I bought this item cuz I had to wear a strapless dress for a wedding that I was serving in and being on the heavy side walking into a store and buying one was not an option so I went online. It did it's job held me up and held me in where I needed it to. It wasen't the most comfortable thing I have ever worn but then again I don't think it was meant to be. I would reccommend it to any heavy set woman that is looking for some support.

I ordered my normal size which is a 32 DD and it fit fine. I did not experience the pointed cups like some did but I do feel like it spread the girls out a little too far. Could just be preference as I prefer my boobs to be pushed together to give that cleavage effect. Because it did not give that cleavage effect I could see the bra between my boobs in the front of my dress making it look as though I had a shirt on under my dress.
