People need to do proper research before going for this product - 1. It is being sold at 2 times the price here and 2. L298N can also achieve the thing for a fraction of price. Only benefit you get by even ordering adafruit product is coding is a bit easier compared to L298N. But easy in programming is a misleading term, you want your child to learn programming, if you install this product, he/she won't be able to understand the functions of all the pins on a raspberry pi.
