Five star product: Effectiveness: A little over 25 years ago I primarily started taking COQ10 for energy. Then about 18 years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, which causes major fatigue, so an increased daily dose helps my energy level so I can stay active. Quantity: I love the fact that NOW offers the 30mg., 240 capsules. Personally, I take five capsules two or three times a day works for me and as approved by my Dietitian. They are very easy to swallow and I need that quality because of my multiple doses. As for functionality: I had taken CoQ10 for years to help my energy level, only to discover years later the cardiovascular benefits from this supplement. I contribute the functionality of COQ10 to helping with my cardio heath, I'm 68 years old, without high blood pressure, or high cholesterol in spite of a family history of younger sixty year olds who experienced heart attacks and strokes. A recent Cardiovascular system examination signed me off with a healthy cardiovascular system. Quality: I like the powder form, because it doesn't upset my stomach like the gel capsule. Amazon is the only place I can find the 30 milligram, powder form. Which is why I signed up to subscribe my supply of NOW brand CoQ10. I have tried other supplements and vitamins by NOW and would choose NOW brand over others. Plus, the subscription helps with saving money now that I'm in my retirement years.

It's a good product to numb down the heart palpitations. My mom used it for 2 weeks and noticed an overall increase in the energy and lowering of heart palpitations. The price is much higher compared to similar products from other brands.
