Take your Tree for a spin!
This Guy handles the tree rotation as expected. Changes your veiw on Tree decorating, Higher Price but worth the cost. Cheaper stands wobble and break irreplaceable ornamates! Warrning! the stand does add 6 inches to the over all height of your tree.

Makes your tree stand out beyond all others.
The tree stand is excellent to use. I have had one for 11 years, and the plastic broke beyond use. This replacement is a heavier model where the tree base goes in. My tree is 10 feet and has the max weight, but it does work. 11 years with the first one, made by a different name, but looks the same as my 11-year-old. The tree has turned for 11 years, so I had to spend the money and continue the tradition. The one I ordered was a returned item it still had the return label in the box. The 3rd party seller sent it back out, this has nothing to do with Amazon, seller is Halloween Express LLC which when my order arrived it said your package from oriental trading has arrived so that is just a little added info for you, I had to take the bottom base off and tighten a nut that allowed the tree to turn if it is to lose the safty mechanism will allow it to slip and not rotatate so a couple turns and I was in business and did not have to return and wait another 4 days to get another I wanted to get my tree up.

This is not like the older ones-unreliable!!
I had one of these and it lasted almost 20 years. It finally stopped working (electrical part). So I both the same design but looks like a different company. The tree stand worked the first year. The second year it started rotational jerking. But worse yet, the electrical really became unreliable. I could get it to work by pressing on the stand outlets only at one position on the rotation. Guess it may work for one year only. Of course you cannot open it up to see if something had come loose internally as they use weird screws. I am an Electrical Engineer and tried; even checked the fuse which was OK. I would not recommend this product. Absolutely would not recommend this for reliability either. Definitely unhappy with the quality of this product. Seems by the reviews, the other customer also agree with the quality.

Holds up well to a very heavy tree
So far, so good! We have a VERY heavy christmas tree and we use this stand at least 12 hours a day and we have not had one issue yet! This will be our third rotating stand, and hopefully our last

Not dependable.
Right out of the box, it would not work. We looked underneath, nothing to see and set it back down on floor. Tried again, it worked! Even though we were comprehensive, we put tree in stand. It is noisy, it grinds and eventually it started jerking slightly. I could see my ornaments swaying. On Christmas day, house full of family, it quit, never to run again. I had no trouble sending it back and getting a refund, but it wasn't comparable to the revolving tree stand that we had for many years, that finally gave out.

Best out of all the ones we've tried...by far.
Over the last 3 years we've tried at least 4 different rotating stands. The others were all loud. One melted, one clicked, but this one has been perfect so far. We made it through last season and it's been up this season since November 10th. Yeah, we start early. So, from my point of view I've got 2 seasons out of it already and not one issue so far. We paid $127.10 including tax & shipping, which is certainly more than I wanted to pay, but now that it's made it's second season i'd say it was worth it. It's gonna have to make it 3 seasons to justify the current pricing (Dec. 2021). I'd stay away from the Home Heritage brands. I tried 3 stands of theirs and 2 different models. I also tried the Best Choice branded one, which was the one that melted. I see alot of bad reviews on this stand this year, which might have kept me from buying it had I seen them last year, but from my experience, this one is a winner. I think maybe some of the bad reviews are from trying to jam a tree in the base that doesn't fit. Do your research and try to be gentle putting the tree in. These trees are heavy and I think you can do some damage if you aren't careful. Don't manually spin the tree once it's in the base, don't jam it in forcefully. I've actually put vaseline on the pole of the tree before, which I recommend for a tight fit. I'd also remove all the screws before putting the tree in and put them back after it's seated. Good luck!
