Brought these on our cruise a few months back. No sea sickness at all with these! Used for three days then replaced. Stayed in place near my navel with no problem even in a very warm climate. Easy to pack because they come in smaller packs.

I used these for a 16 day cruise. They work great BUT - don’t forget to change them every couple of days because sea sickness isn’t what you expect. It feels like a flu almost. The queasy stomach is a small part of it.However, if you change these every few days you will absolutely not get seasick. The smell is minimal.
