NOANTA Booty Resistance Belt Workout Bands System, Legs and Butt Training Exercise Equipment

Let me say first, that I love this butt band! I’m a Mom of 2 who used to be a Crossfit trainer and haven’t done much exercise in the last 4 years.... I sadly had a health issue that crippled me for a few months and lost a lot of my desire to even work out. Over the years the desire has returned but my body after having two kids is not bouncing back like I wished. Using this butt band has helped me work out in my house even with my kids around! While I’m definitely strengthening my butt ( oh yes I feel the burn and it feels oh so good) I’m also in plank position doing the work out thus working out my arms, core, and balance over all! I am truly seeing a change in my butt, but also in my waistline which is obviously going to help my butt look better if my waist is smaller! WIN WIN! The belt around the waist is very comfortable, and the clasps that you secure the bands too are SECURE! There’s no slipping out and accidentally snapping yourself ( or a kid) like a rubber band. Every thing about this product is easy to used, and very safe! I have researched other bands and found that this one is a bit pricier bc the quality is truly amazing! My husband joked and said if I don’t use it, that he would use the bands in the garage to secure things 😂! This product is definitely worth a try. I’ve had it for a few weeks and am definitely happy with the result!

It's a good product. Works like it's supposed to. However, if you're on the plus size side of body types the belt is very difficult to use. I had to " suck it in " in order to fasten it and then it felt like I was basically wearing a corset. It definitely gives you an intense workout but it's horribly uncomfortable to wear. Bonus Points: if you try walking around with the bands still hooked up and tuck your arms in close to your sides, you end up looking like a T-Rex.

Easy to use but wish it came with more instructions for work outs.

Good quality and price

I was very excited when I first learned about this workout system. I couldn't wait to get it. As a personal trainer I already implemented those movements but with resistance bands it would be so much mite effective. When I received the booty workout system, I immediately opened and tried it. I put the belt on and pulled it to the maximum. It was still slipping off my waist and sat on my hips. Because it was loose, the sliding during my workout caused some redness on my hips. I am also not very tall, so the distance from my hips to my feet did not provide the full resistant extension. I like the ankle belts, tho i can use them in the gym ,and do the kickbacks there on the cabels. I also tried to use this system to do leg curls (laying on my belly and curling one leg at a time). This exercise is hard to do given you have this belt laying under you and making it uncomfortable to lay down. Improvements for this system would include to allow fitting for people with smaller waist, shorten the bungee cords for shorter people to allow resistance throughout the full leg extensions. I also did not get a video with it. I hope this review is helpful to someone.

I use them for extra weight on my bowflex. Works pretty well for that intention.

I injured my back using this apparatus CORRECTLY. Which has a very long lasting effect triggering muscle spasms for years after. I didn’t have the heart to give it to someone else or donate, nor garage sale. I threw it right in the garbage.

I bought this late last night because I've just become totally self conscious about my "hank hill a$$" but I dont have time (or desire) for a gym membership. So I found this thing and read some reviews and figured 30 bucks is worth the gamble.....I received it today and BRUH I am SWEATING! and once upon a time, i used to train for fitness competitions. It's kind of awkward when you first put it on, but once you get in the flow of the movements, it makes sense. And its surprisingly comfortable to wear and very well padded so no chafing. And they have a YouTube channel so you can check out different exercises that aren't included in the mini booklet. But the straps are versatile so you wouldn't have to try anything new for a hot minute. But a must buy if you wanna get your heart rate up a little bit and get some physical activity in your life. Pray for me Bobby!
