A very good device
We had crappy whole wheat flour and the dough was tough. But the press worked great. Even with a bad, tough pasta it was able to form and cut well with a roll or two with a big rolling pin. Will definitely work with a real pasta dough. It even gives a straight-forward pasta and filling recipe for newbies. Worth it.

Beautiful Pillows of Ravioli
The Jumbo Ravioli Maker with Press really improved my ravioli making a bunch. Very straight forward & easy to use. Makes consistent & uniform ravioli time & again.

It works great, and I've made some lovely raviolis
It works great, and I've made some lovely raviolis. I have the pasta maker that attaches to my stand mixer so it's easy to make sheets of pasta and then make raviolis out of them. The main issue is how long it takes... I have a big family, including teenage boys, and I need to make a lot to feed them all. I might just do a quick-and-dirty by-hand method next time. They won't look as pretty but I can crank out a lot more a lot faster with a cutting board and ravioli cutter.

Doesn't work with kitchenaid attachment
This is great quality and a very simple design. The only issue is that it is just a tiny bit too wide to be able to use pasta sheets that come out of my kitchenaid attachment. I find this frustrating since I would think a large percentage of pasta making people use this attachment. I ended up only being able to use half of the mold at a time.

Very Well Built
If you have a pasta roller for your kitchenaid, it is so easy to make raviolis; and you can make so many types; meat, cheese, spinach, broccoli, it's endless. You can even flavor your dough. Roll the dough, lay it on the mold, spoon on your filling, lay the top piece over it, put the top on and hit it with the rolling pin to press it, seal it, and cut it! You can put them on a cookie sheet, pop them in the freezer, then bag them after they are frozen so they don't stick together.

Just the thing for home made ravo
Good size is better for a dish of ravioli. The smaller mold is better for ravioli appetizer

Slides around the counter in use, not dishwasher safe.
It's a good basic design poorly executed. My first issue with this press is that it has six metal feet to hold it up off the counter. When you use your rolling pin to cut/seal the individual ravioli it wants to take off and skid around the counter. My second issue is that it's not dishwasher safe and Norpro chose to place that warning on the bottom of one of the narrow sides of the box in roughly 1/16th inch font. If they could fix those two issues this would be a solid kitchen tool that you would probably pass down to your kids. As it is, I my dishwasher stripped the protective coating off of mine and I won't be replacing it with another one of Norpro's presses.

Works great and makes really nice ravioli.
The product works just like the smaller version. The only downside is that to make the larger ravioli this requires a very wide pasta ribbon - one that’s almost the maximum size for most pasta maker so it may take a few tries to get it right. They ravioli take a nice amount of filling and were a real treat.
