Totally worth it!
This case is excellent! I ordered it for my 6 year old son to put his glasses in & be able to clip to his backpack to avoid loss. The case worked great! Put up with being kicked, stepped on and other torture that 6 year olds can come up with & his glasses remained safe. I DID have to order a second case after my 200lb 17 year old stepped on the case breaking the spine - the glasses however remained intact inside! Obviously I ordered a 2nd one in a flash....my son went through a pair of glasses a month before this case. After? He's had the same pair for a record 4.5 months!

I use this for 3M safety glasses (curved wrap-around style). Fits them well and the clip is handy. Have had no issues for months now. It's a cheap case sure, so take into mind that it's not bomb proof, but it does work well for what I need; stopping low cost glasses from getting scratched. I can throw it in the back of a truck and it won't open. Would I put a $300 pair of prescription glasses in it? Not likely. I would hope I'd spend more than $6 on a case for those.

Perfect for work trips
The clip makes it easy to hook onto a backpack or duffel. Sturdy. The right size. Perfect for my needs.

Great protection, but very poorly thought out
Great protection, but very poorly thought out. The case is useless if the closer is not 100% fail safe. This is a friction latch that the moment you feel it, you know it will open on you.Mine have yet to leave my desk as I fear losing my glasses on the street or trail. Would return, but I had to open the packaging to learn just how flimsy the latch is.Wasted my hard earn money on a foolish designer and a supplier that would sell such a poor item.

Strong light durable case
This case is light and very sturdy protecting your glasses. I was involved in a vehicle collision and though the case was damaged it protected my glasses with no damage to the glasses. Hard way to test but happy enough with this product I have at least 8-10 of these cases for various work and casual sun glasses. I highly recommend this product. Very strong durable and very light.

Too small, too flimsy
Not much that I can say good about this case. TL;DR: it's a funny shape that doesn't work for safety glasses, and construction is pretty flimsy. On the pro side, it's probably fine for a set of cheap plastic safety glasses. However, it's too small to contain a set of prescription safety glasses. Although the case is physically huge, there isn't enough room to accommodate the side-shields. See attached picture.Conversely, the case is too big to contain my regular eyeglasses when I'm wearing the safety glasses. They rattle around.a bunch. The basic problem is that although the case is very deep, about 2" high, on one side, it's a semi-circular shape and only about 1/2" high on the long side. The deep part isn't wide enough to accommodate the lenses sitting upright, and the shallow part is too shallow. Also, the latch isn't at all secure, the hinge is flimsy, and the thin plastic shell isn't heavy enough to survive being tossed in a toolbox. It's the sort of thing you'd expect to see in a dollar bin by the checkout.

Cheap, sturdy case with poor closing mechanism
Cheap, and fits my giant aviators. Not many solid cases available for those types of glasses.Nothing really holds it closed. It's just a groove in the plastic that it snaps on. If you dropped this on pavement, it would open up and your glasses would take a tumble. I admit I haven't tested this theory, but if you're looking for something to hang from a belt loop or the outside of your pack, this isn't it. I keep it inside my backpack in a pocket that keeps it from opening, and it's been great in that capacity. So, the case is sturdy and very crush resistant, and good for tossing in your bag or car door, but the poor closing mechanism means you shouldn't expose it to situations where that might be an issue.

Sturdy handy case for larger Maui JIms or larger safety glasses
These cases are great for larger sunglasses or safety glasses. It is sturdy but larger than you would need for most Foster Grant sport or aviator glasses. I use it for my larger wrap around Maui Jim sunglasses
