Barr's The Human Nervous System: An Anatomical Viewpoint Tenth Edition

have new books to review and learn for medical nursing class and this really helps to learn before I get the chance to enroll in it

I purchased this book second hand from a seller, in the used section.The seller shipped it immediately and I received it within the same week.As a medical student the book itself does has readier's curve. An average non medical person would not be able to pick it up and understand it.(it is filled with medical jargon)However for medical students I do 100% recommend it. It thoroughly explains the physiology and anatomy of the cns.I would have prefered some more pathology.At times it can be difficult to understand and will require rereading paragraphs a couple times.The text comes with diagrams of live specimens and drawings so that an added bonus.All in all i do recommend it for anyone doing cns anatomy and physiology

Came on time and in good quality. It really teaches neuroscience well. It has good diagrams, not many but, good ones. I read it primarily alongside other books to really cement the points.

I use this book a lot for study.Recommend!

It is the best neuroanatomy book I have found for teaching graduate neuroanatomy.

Love my Barrs. It allows you to truly understand the concepts. Summaries are great as well.
