Ion Bright White Creme Lightener 10.6 Oz

I LOVE this bleach. It is so creamy and easy to use. I have never had major damage from using this (I also use either 20-30 volume max so that helps too) and it’s highly effective. The smell is pretty strong at first because of the chemical reaction so use ventilation, but overall it is excellent.

I have NEVER lightened my hair before, and I've only ever used temporary hair dye. I followed the directions on this bottle and on the conditioner and lightened my hair from DARK BROWN to BLONDE! I had found out that I probably should've used some kind of purple shampoo to get a more natural color, but I didn't care enough as I just needed lighter hair for a cosplay. See the photo! I did two sessions in one day as my scalp is very sensitive and didn't want to lighten it so much in one sitting. Love it! Still have a lot left in the bottle!

I will never go back to regular bleach after using this, and I wish I had known about this product a long time ago! I would have avoided a lot of damaged hair and hours of bleaching only to get an ugly orange color and straw like hair. I have been lightening my hair to put vivid colors in since I was 16. I'm 28 now, so that's 12 years of bleaching my own hair with a variety of different products. Using this lightening cream with their sensitive scalp 20 developer- a literal game changer. I've been bleaching my roots only once or twice a year to avoid bleaching the same hair more than once and to give my hair a good break in between, even tho this means my hair is often way grown out at the top and it can create bands of differently lightened hair. Because of this I've used a full coverage vivid color (like dark purple or blue) despite having always wanted to be able to go pastel. Pastel color wasn't worth the damage to my hair to get it that light and even when I've tried in the past it was always too bronzey to look good with a pastel dye, even after toning it. Well I found this product looking for a good product to bleach my roots with as it was that time again and I'm being even more careful with my hair as I'm trying to grow it out long. I found this and read the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I used the cream and the 20 sensitive scalp devloper 1 to 1 mix to lighten my roots. It lighted it SO fast I was amazed. And oh my gosh when I rinsed it out not only did my roots not feel damaged but it was the prettiest lightest silvery blonde I've ever seen on myself, something I wasn't able to achieve even with multiple bleach sessions and toning before, and this was with no toning! I loved it so much I decided to take the leap and lighten the rest of my head the next day. I have a lot of hair, so I used an entire bottle of the cream between doing my roots and then the rest of my hair, but its definitely worth it and I still have about half the developer left. After doing the rest of my hair I used purple depositing shampoo and a purple toning conditioner, to give it that purple hue and some light purple color. I love it!! I've received so many compliments on it, and my hair doesn't feel damaged even after using it on my already bleached hair. I am going to be a user of this product for life! This was gentle on my hair worked better. It just worked right. It was perfect.

Good product

First time trying this bleach and it surprised me! I usually have a hard time bleaching my hair. It always ends up orange or not light enough. This bleach did a wonderful job. My hair was blue prior, it stripped ALL of the color out (for some reason left a pinkish tint where some of the blue was but it was cute and very faint. I was also going pink after so this was no issue even if it were noticeable.) photos provided are the blue prior, the bleached look, and the after pink dye. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of my bleached roots. I had to do the mass of my hair first and then my roots because of the time it took to do the majority of my hair. My roots didn't come out as light as the rest of my hair, i may have just been impatient and washed it a little early but it was really only like one shade off from the rest. You cannot tell with the final product. Hope this helps! I would definitely recommend. I used the ion sensitive scalp 30 developer with it. (The last picture is after three weeks and about 4 or 5 washes! I used the arctic fox hair dye.. the newer looking ones. And i do use a color conditioner.)

As someone who paid big bucks for high end product I can only say I am so happy and impressed with the Ion Bright White Lightener. This was definitely an experience where something was so much better than I thought it would be. To start with it is very easy to work with. It also goes on much more gently than powder bleach. I used a 20 volume developer and the ion cream. It did not cause any breakage at all. I paid 90 dollars for a high end professional product and I had breakage. My roots were in such good condition after using Ion that I was able to use a toner with a 7 volume developer. In the past I was not able to use that type of toner because my hair was so dry from the high end bleach. I would spend weeks deep conditioning and using purple masks. My hair was completed in two days using Ion and that is only because I waited a day to do the toner. Instead of two weeks of conditioning and correcting that I thought would always be my hair coloring personal experience . Absolutely terrific product!

I lightened my hair with this and a 10 vol (I have natural blonde hair) and it was so easy to use! It definitely lightened my hair and didn't cause any damage at all. Very pleased.

Best bleach. Absolutely no dust for- obvious reasons. I've not hurt/burnt myself using this yet and it because there is no dust I don't feel like it's as strong a smell in my bathroom either. We should all be wary of small enclosed spaces and bleach after all. This is my 3rd purchase of this and I mix it with the 20 or 30 volume I have- usually the 20 because its the same brand and I really do have a sensitive scalp. It works great- it just runs out fast. Which is what happened to me last week. I now have some brown patches and weirdly some pink where the old black dye was. Going to be a pickle trying to just get those spots but I'll manage. Great product. Will hopefully be buying it again in the future.

I use this bleach all the time. It works great and lifts very well with 20 vol developer on my medium brown hair.

This product with the 20developer is amazing for when I want to add soft highlights….follow the instructions, I definitely recommend (after measuring the cream) give it a creamy mix and slowly add the developer of your choice for the perfect consistency
