I can't say anything bad about the cover itself - it fits great, looks great and wears great. What chaps my butt is the price. Literally costs over half the price of the chair. I guess the company saw a huge void in IKEA's market (not selling replacement covers for this chair) and JUMPED on it. Can't say they aren't brilliant opportunists.

The fit was perfect although it was a litttle hard getting cushions in. Material is heavier than original which is good because the original stretched out. It said machine washable- hope that’s true. Would definitely recommend.

Product was nicely made with great material however it did not fit the older style IKEA chair with the mash frame.

I like the color, and the fabric is a definite upgrade from the original thin cotton cover that came on this chair. I avoided the white fabric after having it for so many years - choosing a "coffee friendly" color going forward. It took some manhandling to get the foam moved from the old cover to the new one, but with patience it's possible to get it stuffed into the new cover without being curled up. I have learned that Pello chairs came in different configurations, and that the foam that you have to re-use with this cover may not fit. In my case, the chair was from the early 1990s and had a cover with a headrest at the top and then a single piece of foam below the headrest all the way to the front of the chair. This new cover has three sections in addition to the headrest on top. I figured out that many folks simply cut their foam to make it fit the new sections, however when I cut the foam I had to choose where to skimp - because there is not enough original foam to fill all the new sections. I chose to have the missing foam up near the headrest. Overall, I'm happy to have found this cover and to be able to rejuvenate the Pello chair.

I washed the cover that came with the chair, and turns out it's not pre-shrunk so I needed a new one. This is a 4-compartment cover for the Pello chair, and does not come with the foam padding but has all the zippers and compartments necessary and took me about four minutes to unwrap, lay out, insert foam and put on the chair. It might have only taken three minutes, but I mixed up the two headrest pads (one is slightly smaller) and the seat back/seat do have a specific direction to be inserted. This fits great and I don't notice a difference in the feel of sitting in the original vs. this one, which means.. to me it's perfect.

The fabric of the cover was very light weight and I doubt will hold up long. Also the cover did not fit my chair cushions. Although, I have an IKEA Pello chair, my chair only had two cushions. This cover had four sections. Three were in the main body of the cushion and then there was a section for the head rest. I removed the stitching on the Amazon cover between the second and third section which then allowed the back cushion to fit into this cover. I also removed the head rest from the old cover and placed it inside the new cover head rest since there wasn't any cushioning from my original cover to place into the new cover. My chair is fairly old so perhaps the newer IKEA Pello chair cushions are made differently. The overall size was correct but the sectioning was different. Also the original chair cover had top stitching and a thicker rope edging that made it much finer looking. I ended up taking the old cushion cover off and scrubbing it and bleaching it to remove the stains so I could continue using it. Since I removed the stitching from the Amazon cover, I cannot return it but I will save it in case I need a cleaner cover for an emergency. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this cover.

I really liked it. The fabric felt like high-quality canvas type material. No weird smells from packaging. Very easy to install on my Ikea Pello. Trim felt decent. Happy with purchase. Does NOT come with cushions, this is cover only.
