Science Dictionary for Kids 1st Edition

I am a science teacher and was looking for Science dictionary for my students. I like these books. I did buy all of mine used from here so I was spending over $200 on them. I have my students share them.

This science dictionary truly is essential for helping students with science. It covers everthing from vocabulary to concepts and is written so that kids can easily understand. The pictures and examples, as well as the strategies are very helpful. I especially like the way it is organized, giving each branch of science its own section. The quick reference guide at the back is full of great information such as charts, graphs, formulas and much more.

Purchased for our grandchildren. They like reading it.

Great book for my students. A few of my students used it to look up meanings because their textbooks did not having information in regards to their confusion over basic scientific terms. The book also mentions and details about scientific equipment. A must have for the classroom or your child who needs to get their homework done and study.

It is decent. Very detailed but I wish the pictures were in color to help grab a child's attention.

This Science Dictionary is wonderful and gives you any and all information that is needed for grades 6-9. I highly recommend this book for any home schooled child and or any child whom may need an extra boost in this subject.

My daughter loves the book and she thinks it's fascinating

My middle schooler uses this as a resource for homework and school work, so many topic and easy to learn ways to understand them.
