Edit 1/2026: I ended up gambling on Tarte Shape Tape on a Prime Day deal, and while it's a decent substitute, the texture and coverage is definitely thinner. It doesn't blend as easily on my combination skin as Master Conceal either (Master Conceal would melt and set into the most beautiful, even coverage), but it's better than anything else I've tried so far. This has been my go-to concealer for almost a decade, and I'm so bummed that it's been discontinued. It delivers the perfect level of coverage without being cakey or greasy, as if your skin is naturally this gorgeous. The fair is very neutral, no pink or yellow undertones, and it blends so beautifully on my combination skin. A little bit goes a long way, too, so even though it's a small tube, it lasts a long time. There's obviously still backstock available, and I've bought several tubes, but it does tend to have separated out. I shake it really well and then squeeze some on the back of my hand, and if it's still separated, I'll blend it back together. It works, but not as well as when it was fresh. I really wish Maybelline would bring it back. Supposedly Tarte Shape Tape is a good dupe, but it's twice the price, so I've put off taking the plunge. I don't want to gamble with an unknown when I already know Master Conceal is the holy grail.

This is my new favorite concealer product, and I'm glad that that it costs so much less compared to the ones I've been using for the last several years. I first ordered the "Light" shade based on the online product photos, but decided to check out the product at a local store while waiting for the Amazon shipment. Although the shade appeared quite dark under the product photos, the "Light/Medium" shade looked to be closer to my own complexion when I was looking at the tubes in person. I purchased the Light/Medium shade and tried it on, but while it looked to be a good match initially while applying, it dried down much darker! I was glad that the "Light" shade I initially ordered is actually a better match for my medium facial complexion to help hide my dark circles, but it still dried down a bit darker than I wanted in certain places. I then proceeded to purchase the "Fair" shade, and blending the pinkish shade in on top of the Light shade finally gave me the result I wanted under my eyes. Although you should generally avoid the mistake of using too light of shade for your dark circles, I had to go lighter with this particular product that dries down darker, and then it can look flawless and non-cakey when applied with a good concealer brush and blended out with a finishing powder. I'm uploading a photo of the shades on my arm, but the actual shades look slightly more pink in person. You can see how they dry down darker when blended out at the base, so you may want to purchase multiple shades to get the best match for your own complexion. I'm glad that I tried all three shades, and now use the darker light/medium shade for subtle contouring around my nose while using the lighter shades for blending and highlighting. I love that the squeeze tubes remain sanitary unlike in paletted products, but you may want to use a small container (a small travel jar, contact lens case, etc) for mixing and to avoid wasting globs of the product each time you use it. For the price, I give it 5 stars, especially because it doesn't settle into wrinkles nor cause milia around my eyes.

I usually use MaryKay's concealer. However, I have been looking for products that are slightly less expensive but provide the same great coverage/look/feel. This concealer is about 1/2 the price of the MaryKay version and gives you almost twice as much. There are less color choices with Maybelline, however, the fair still matches my skin tone well enough that you can't tell the difference when wearing either this or the MaryKay. It covers just as well for me, goes on smoothly, and lasts longer. That's a win/win/win for me. Highly recommend this product if you are looking for something cheaper but still quality.

As my other reviews show, I like to try new products even though I've always thought Dermablend was the best by far especially with ELF eye setting hd powder. Then I found maybelline mousse concealer which I found amazing. When I ran out of it once again (it is discontinued but still available online), I tried Laura Mercier's (meh) which I handed over to my sister. Came back to maybelline and found they must have used the same amount of pigments in this one as the one they used in their discontinued jars. BAM ! BINGO ! They actually successfully Improved it ! Because it adds more brightness too. EXCELLENT coverage even without my Mary Kay yellow base, and a little goes a loooooooong way (that's coming from someone who goes above and beyond to create a bright eye contour). It is NOT shiny like Laura Mercier's (when it shines it ages you) and dries quickly. No creases despite all kinds of facial expressions and changes in temperature in the day. Works great as a highlighter for forehead and upper cheeks too. BTW this listing is for a pack of two lol but it doesn't say for some reason. They probably made an error in the description because nowhere else on Amazon is this product sold in packs of two. SO: it's a fabulous deal too ! I'm sticking with this concealer and well done Maybelline !

This is perfect for small cover up areas. I have used this for years & have found it to conceal the darkness in the corners of my eyes & have finally found that it works best if you tap the tip onto your finger (you only need a very little amount) instead of holding it upright, as it seems to separate & only an oil type ingredient comes out. Have tried to mix it but still happens. Very smooth cream that blends well on the skin.

One of the best concealers. Can't find it in store anymore so have to get online. It's a great product for the price.

Turns orange. It blends well, but it sticks to dry spots and makes you look splotchy and unnatural.

Vi que tenía buenas reseñas así que decidí probarlo. No me convencía del todo ya que no cubre tanto como promete y al poco tiempo se volvió pastoso y no lucían nada bien en mis ojeras, pero seguí tratando otros métodos de aplicación sin resultados positivos. En menos de un mes la pintura se separó del líquido y aunque lo agite ya no queda igual.

It is a master concealer! Pimples, blemishes, dark circles? Gone. Very good value

I’ve been buying this for years and will continue to, as long as they make it. It’s great for brightening up under your eyes (buy a shade lighter than your foundation) and great for contouring the nose before adding your powder and shimmer. It’s the right texture and thickness and blends on easily to any foundation. I find it works best with beauty blender, but can be patted on under eyes with finger tips just as effectively. Doesn’t get cake. The tube lasts forever, and just when you think you’ve reached the end you find you’ll get a few more weeks out of it by squeezing and scrunching the tube. A++

En cuanto al producto, tiene buena cobertura y dura buen tiempo, no se ve reseco, la verdad si me gusto! Pero si me gustaría que tuvieran más variedad de tonos.
