A good tapioca makes a difference
In my experience, not all tapiocas are alike. Tapioca starch is commonly used as a binding element in baked goods and in soups. Tapioca starch happens to be gluten free, which is not a bad thing. Used as a binder, tapioca imparts no taste of its own, which really allows the flavors of whatever you’re making to come through. Use this starch as directed by your recipe. No need to overdo it as this product does what it’s supposed to do. I like this product, and will use it and reorder it as needed.

Pricey, but good quality
While this is good quality tapioca flour, I saw similar sizes for half the price in retail stores like Walmart. Price aside, I made tapioca pearls with these and they turned out better than I thought they could! They tasted great and were a perfect texture. The packaging was also very nice, I specifically enjoyed the resealable top.

Used when making Arepas
I use a little of this with the Pan flour when making Arepas. I'm not sure how to tell if this is good or bad, but to this date, i see nothing bad about it.

Doesn’t go far
Used as a thickening agent. Don’t get a lot for money. So value sucks
