This has been my go-to for joint pain relief for many years. Turmeric was a silver bullet when I first tried it - joint pain in my hands disappeared in a few hours, and didn't come back if I kept taking the stuff. I now take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening, and usually have little or no pain in my hands. I have it on subscription so I never forget. It costs more than some of my heart and other prescription meds, but is worth every penny.

Appears to be a very good product. I use it for my senior golden retrievers failing hips. I mix two capsules in food with at least 1-1/2 cups of warm water each night. Seems to be helping her a lot with mainly mobility and I imagine pain as well, as it's so good for inflammation and circulation.

I like that these are about 2x as strong as a lot of the capsules. Not a fan of taking too many capsules every day. Turmeric has been helpful for my fibro pain, take it on the recommendation of my Rheum.

Again, dr recommend I start taking Tumeric....but had problems finding it at a price that didn’t make me gasp. I know - supply and demand and rising costs. I get it. Just glad I finally found them here on Amazon at a price that didn’t make me gasp (too much). And it does seem to help joint pain so far.

Easy to swallow and does a good job
