Perfect for training hairdressers
This head is perfect for its cost. I bought it mostly for hair up practice and as you can see it curls well. There is a smell but if you wash it enough (bare in mind it’s a doll and it will get knotty when you wash it) I imagine the smell will go. A lot of hair came out when brushing it ect but she has really thick hair so you really can’t tell. When you look at the hair you can see tiny plastic hairs but that doesn’t bother me especially since it’s under £30. Hairs is the perfect length but it does need a cut but I have had this problem with every single head I bought. Even the more expensive ones. I did a strand test with 6% peroxide and blue igola bleach and this was what it came to after an hour. I then washed it with purple shampoo. As you can see the colour went really light. When I did an elasticity test after this it was a little stretchy but it wasn’t bad. I think if you stuck to lower peroxide and then properly took care of the head (toner, deep conditioner) you could create really nice colours. I think this head would be perfect for hairdressers who are training especially for the price. You can do hair up on it. Cut it and colour it. But if you want it to last you will have to take care of it. If not it’s really cheap to replace.

Don’t buy it!!
Hardly no hair and the scalp looks bald!It’s not human hair it feels like plastic. Keeps malting and not useful for training purposes.

Not bad formoney
Came really quick which was awesome. Hair so much better than synthetic. I'm not cutting or colouring just practicing hair up. Pretty good I'm pleased with Price

It doesn't feel like real hair and will serve for long hair demonstrations to hairdressing trainees. Don't know how it would react to colour/bleach or heated styling equipment..

Just what was needed
Bought for my daughter, she's doing a hair and make up course, she can use this to practise hair styles such as braiding and pin curls with rollers. Hair is very soft. This will very useful.
