Great pigment
Exactly the color I was hoping for! I didn't prep my dress properly so there's a few areas it didn't take as well but that was absolutely my fault. Make sure to follow the direction don't be dumb like me. It was a fun learning curve i've never used dye in the washer before.

Didn't work at all! Never buyign again.
This was a complete waste of money. It barely colored my pants at all. Where it did manage to color, it only did so in a couple of tiny spots, leaving 95% of my pants the same color they were before. I have to admit, their powder in the envelopes does work. The only reason I gave this brand another chance is because they’re the only ones that have Olive Green. I wish I had just bought the envelopes to begin with, because this particular product was a total waste of money!

Surprise! This does the job
My first time using a coloring product. I have a beautiful warm up suit. Splattered overspray tilex on my top of my suit and I wash it right away and the bleach spits came through. I bought this product and it was amazing. The directions were very easy to work with I did exactly with the description or the directions tell you to do and it came out perfectly the color I had to go a little darker on the color so I had to put the whole warm-up suit together to make it even suit color, pants and top and it came out perfectly. I couldn't be any happier cause like I said it was my favorite suit..

Dyed my pants perfectly but…
Used the full pod on one pair of cotton pants. Probably could have added one more item but didn’t want to risk getting two partially dyed items. Pants dyed perfectly but the threads in the stitching around the seams and pockets didn’t take any color at all - must be nylon thread. So now I have olive pants with khaki stitching 😅

IT STREAKS!!!
3 of 5 items I dyed were left with streaks and blotches, as I feared when adding the pod. Common sense told me to dissolve first but I followed the instructions. I dissolved the last pod in hot water, stirring until it was completely dissolved (it clumps easily!), then added to the water in the washing machine, agitated for a few minutes, then added clothes and they came out even. DO NOT add the pod directly to anything that you really care about!!!

These Dye Pods are Great!
This product is amazing. I had some green material I ordered for use with my Renfaire outfit but it was considerably lighter than I wanted. It even had a yellowish tint. I hunted on Amazon until I found this product. The only reviews I could find were on the UK Amazon and while a lot were positive, a few complained about it leaving residue/stains in their wash machines. Well I'm here to tell you that it left no residue in my top loaded washer (just follow the directions) and my material came out with a deep olive green that I was very excited about. There were no uneven dye marks or anything. Perfect product! Way easier than hand dyeing (from what I've seen) and looks great! If you need something dyed try these dye pods. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all.

Horrendous Product
I usually purchase Rite Dye and have never had any issue with it but I wanted an Olive color so I thought I would try this product for my duvet cover. I regret it so much. I used it exactly as directed in my washing machine and all of these blotchy spots have appeared. I used three bottles of Rite Dye to try to recover my duvet, but the blotches from this product are still showing through. I've essentially ruined a beautiful linen cover and wasted money on all these dyes.

good color
Worked as expected. Turned white socks into a familiar OD Green reminiscent of my time in the military. Just what I wanted.

I remember the days of boiling up our dyes with tons of salt so this has impressed me greatly for the ease of use. I took care with the instructions. I checked the wash cycle. I was dying 100% cotton bedding (to de-grey the house). It worked really well and the green took nicely over tones of pale grey - you could just still see the pattern through but I rather liked that. However, results are variable - the next things I dyed were also 100 cotton, but the colour took quite differently. I then pushed my luck and dyed a pair of curtains from the same range (also 100% cotton). Worried that they would come out different shades if I did them separately as the other items had done, I was keen to wash both together, but even though I used 3 packs for that attempt I pushed my luck on the amount of fabric in the machine and it came out uneven (streaks of darker tones across where the fabric must not have unfolded in the machine). I did pause the machine part way through and moved the fabric by hand to try to mitigate this - achieving nothing but a green hand lol. I'm not too unhappy with results - it's made an inexpensive change to my bedroom colour theme, but not one thing matches even though I used the same dye, and when the curtains are closed the uneven streaks show, so if you're determined to have everything the same shade this may not be the way to go for you. So - overall, fabulous, especially for single items. But not without issues to be mindful of if you're shade matching, which may be a big deal for some people.
