Great communication, fast delivery.Boot up is slow but once running it's quite fast. Motherboard installation disc, was one program that contains errors and wouldn't work. Overall good value for money.

Quick and easy deliveryready assemled bundle - thermal paste was well spread and applied - no issues with the components so far BUT:Apperantly Ive paid for ''corsair branded'' ram on 3200 mhz - received ADATA on 2666.When sent a message to ask why - Ive only been told that I need to adjust the hertz rate from the Bios, no one bites an eye that they've sent me a product with lower quality and price (good 120 quid difference in the price)Value for money? - nopeGood for gaming? - yeah, so far so goodEasy to install? - DefoWill I come back as a customer? - NoYou want an advice? - check the components that you are sent.I guess its fine for most of the people, but for me when paying 800ish quid for something I want to be what is states it will be.2 stars

Really good components, been playing the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare and it runs at over 100fps at 1080p on highest settings so i'm very happy.

after making purchase I was emailed with an offer to upgrade from the ASUS Prime Z370-A II to the ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F Gaming board to which I was informed on my 2nd call to that company would cost me an extra £80 and not £60 as I was informed on my 1st call to that company, it arrived next day 05/03/20 and I did not install into my case till the following day, the only results I had from the installation was the blue screen of death numerous times and then more blue screens with the error message WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR to which I can honestly say I have never come across when completing a build, I suspect the pre-built bundle was not put on any kind of soak test as it arrived to me within 24 and standard soak test is 24 hrs, I am not happy and will be requesting refund on return of this none working product that has cost me just short of £900 and for that amount of cash i am not prepared to waste time talking to a member of the support staff when in reality the product should had shipped out in a working state and ready to go, i have never come across a problem like this when purchasing a pre-built bundle and with both the board and processor being opened and installed I cant be assured that they were in a correct working state also there has been no paper work regarding any soak test, so i want my cash back. I wasted so much time trying to rectify the fault and what I could find out was possible causes were damaged CPU or wrongly set voltages within the cores something to which i will not alter as I have no interest in overclocking or messing with the internal settings of CPU cores as they are very expensive
