The pillow is very soft and comfortable. The memory form helps in supporting your neck and head properly and it is very helpful for cervical pain. The material is good and very soft. It's a quality product.

Soft and comfortable

I have other pillow’s from white willow so I knew the quality to expect, I was unsure given how many reviews said ‘oh it’s not firm despite saying firm foam’ — to these people, I’d like to ask, do you sleep on bricks? 😅 This pillow is so firm it barely sinks with an entire adults body weight on it so, I do not understand how it isn’t firm enough for some of your backs, it’s extremely firm without being too uncomfortable/ like brick. if you’re looking for firm backrest for your bed or sofas this is ideal, I do prefer their wedge triangle style pillows for that purpose but this is great for added support. Definitely seems like it will serve as a multi purpose pillow

Good back support. White willow quality standards are high. However, the inner jersey fabric cover as described in the product details is missing from both the pillows ordered by me

I am overall happy with the purchase. It's very useful. The quality is on the good side. The normal pillow covers we are using are a stretch to put on to this, but works out. The cost for this should be on the lower side. The premium for the good shape seems too much.

This product is causing neck pain and not comfortable. Have to use a pillow in top of it for comfort on a straight lying position.

This bed wedge may not be very useful for you. It provides NO SUPPORT since it is only memory foam without anything firm to give us posture support. If you prefer only comfort, this wedge can provide that with its soft memory foam and curved shape, but if you want to sit/lie down in an upright posture you should check out other options with a mix of memory and hard foam. I also use a Wakefit bed wedge which provides sturdy support for proper posture vertically and horizontally, it does the job ,however it only slightly lacks soft comfort depending on your preference. Bottom line-It's better to go for other options with more support along with comfort. Know your preference before buying.
