Butter Dish Glass Round with Glass Cover ZERO LEAD

If you use butter as much as our family this will be perfect! Holds two sticks of butter. I have no qualms about leaving it on the counter because the glass cover protects the butter from everything. Would also be great for a whole package of cream cheese!

A little smaller than I expected but still super cute - we are using them in our retail store to display hand poured soaps :-)

Fits 1/2 lb butter perfectly! Just what I was looking for. Easy to access. Easy to clean. Classic, simple and functional!

I measured my package of butter (not the narrow sticks) before I bought this and thought it should fit fine but the rim is wider than it looks in the picture and I had to cut some off my butter so the lid would fit. Otherwise I like how it looks & nice weight glass

My dog kept stealing sticks of butter off the counter. The glass is heavy and has a good seal so he hasn't bothered it once! Great for rolled butter, other wise I just cut the stick in half to fit. Can not stack 2 sticks though or you will get butter all over the lid.

We buy Amish butter and it comes in a thick cylindrical shape, we have a rectangular butter dish but the old rectangle shape doesn't match the new butter we get. We like butter at room temperature so we cut horizontally through the butter cylinder and keep the rest in the fridge. This dish is perfect for "circular" shaped butter chunks that we buy now, the lid is not too tall but it fits a decent amount of butter underneath without the butter touching the walls of the lid. The lid sits well on the dish and it feels sealed enough (keeping the butter clean and fresh).The reason I didn't give it the perfect score of 5 stars is because the glass has a couple of lines/streaks within it (not cracks or scratches), they are not noticeable though.

This was purchased for my daughter and her new home. She has two lovely kitties that enjoy licking the butter. Hopefully their butter will stay safe in this lovely glass container. Stylish enough to be left in the open or safely tucked in cupboard. She was so excited when I gave it to her.

We buy Amish butter in a 5lb log. We slice it to size and the butter dish works perfect. Excellent buy!
