This is my go-to sleep product. When I use them, I get a great night's sleep without the pill hangover. I am 5'10", athletic build, and I use two patches. They are easy to use and work best when used multiple nights in a row. I am very sensitive to medications, so I apply them only when already in bed. Good value, and they have a nice, soft smell.

For someone who has years of sleep deprivation issues, this product is a life saver. I use two each night, one behind each ear. I easily drift off to sleep once my head hits the pillow. I sleep more hours per night than I have in a long time. I have also found that because the ingredients are absorbed through the skin, there are no negative effects with other health issues I have.
