As far as shampoo and conditioner go, they seem okay. Not sure it's doing what it claims to do tho. I've used other products that I can see are doing something, but this is just a shampoo and conditioner that work okay, but don't for what HIMS claims it does. Still using to see if anything happens. Been using it for 2 months now. Nothing great to note. Paul Mitchell sage and lemon seems to work better

Since this is the brand “hims” and marketed towards hair loss I tried this. My hair was shedding an little and thought this was to help for hair thinning. My hair started to shed ten fold while using this. Went from 5 hairs shedding when washing hair to 20 - 30 hairs falling out at once. I didn’t realize it until I switched shampoo. The shampoo feels like there is deodorant in your hair when rinsing your bc it’s so dry and is reliant on the conditioner. This must be for people not dealing with thinning and to make your hair look thicker from how much the shampoo dries your hair out. As soon as I stopped my hair went back to moderator hair shedding as it was.If you’re dealing with hair thinning this is clearly the polar opposite of what it’s for. Very deceiving since hims has products to help for that
