Can this tape fit into a standard tape dispenser?

I put mine in a desk tape dispenser and it works just fine. The dispenser part that goes in the middle if the tape is not snug, but it doesn’t need to be. Works great for me!

I’m new to the cricut world. I got this tape for Christmas. Wondering how and when to use it

I am new also but I just used it while making coasters and my EZ Press. It is heat-resistant and stabilizes the pattern onto the ceramic coaster. Haven't looked into other uses but it is essential while using the infusible ink to ensure the pattern doesn't move while heat pressing.

Can I use it for convection oven?

It’s used in a convection oven to hold your sublimation design tight against your tumbler when sublimating it… you can make them in a tumbler press or a convection oven and yes this tape can be used in a convection oven
