Good value for money and easy to set up.
We have been pleasantly surprised as it is very nice to look at. and was easy to set up. Tone good and features cover a number of things and also good value for money.

Cheap and very very nasty.
When I unpacked this CD Player I was immediately struck by how tatty it was, how thin the plastic casing was and how low the overall quality was. The manual was about as much use as a chocolate teapot and the so-called Remote Control was so flimsy I would be worried about pressing any of the multiplicity of buttons. It also required a C2025 battery which on its own is probably worth more than the remote control. I decided not to waste any more money on this type of battery. In setting this monstrosity up there was no advice on what batteries to install. I tried AA but though they appeared to be of the correct size the overextended springs in the battery compartment ejected them. I therefore tried a couple of AAA which were far too small for the battery compartment but which I managed to wedge in. There was no information in the excuse for a user manual as to the purpose of the batteries. Finally, I was ready to play a CD on this ........... thing and I chose The Three Tenors. To say I was underwhelmed by the sound coming out would be about adequate, it wasn't good but, it wasn't exactly bad either. What it got down to was quite simply - You get what you pay for. The mistake was mine.As the device operates pretty much as described on the Amazon site I won't be returning it. I shall just write the cost off when it ultimately stops working, not that far in the future I expect. If you are looking for a recommendation for this CD Player then I would emphatically not give one. Remember, you get what you pay for.I am writing this addendum on June 23rd 2023; I have had enough of this small pile of tatty rubbish cheaply knocked up in China and have consigned it to the rubbish bin where it belongs. I am in the process of ordering another CD/DAB player and am now to decide between one made in the UK and another made in Malaysia. I am now resolved, not out of racism but from experience, to never buy another electronic product manufactured in China, so far is possible.

Cheap and Cheerful
Not the best quality in sound, the settings take some time to work out (being a senior). Very small display window. Cheap and cheerful, not the best purchase for my kitchen.

Not what I was expecting 😞
The media could not be loaded. Good styling but let down by most other features. You can set the time to automatically come on and off but when you want to turn off unit time disappears after 14 seconds. I phoned supplier and left 3 different messages that says they will return message ASAP but no reply so then sent email and after number backwards and forwards messages trying to convince me you can see clock when off they then did agree I was right so if you have a problem don’t expect it to be helpful. The remote does NOT have wide beam to turn it on/off or to select features or channel so you have to make sure you point it directly in line and at the same level as the unit so if positioned on worktop you would have to fire it from the hips and if on wall at eye level firing head height. It does not have AM frequency as my wife likes to listen to Smooth radio and speakers are poor quality and not very loud if you wanted to listen to it while in another room. Would have returned it but really wanted one to screw to kitchen wall and not many other options on aAmazon. To sum it up It’s a good looking unit but very basic features with very annoying tiny remote that you have point at correct level
