App and user instructions are poor
The tap is great and provides lovely chilled / chilled & sparkling water. However, the accompanying app and the instructions are very poor. You can register a unit on the app and the next time it is no longer there. Using the buttons on the front to reset once a filter and / or the CO2 bottle has been replaced is a guessing game at best. Could be a great product but alas Grohe seems to be experiencing a lack of care.
