For $40, this box is 2G + 16G. That’s pretty darn good. My only purpose for this box is to use it for IPTV since paying for Dish or Cable is outrageously expensive. This box does not come with a lot of unnecessary apps pre-installed, which is a plus in my book. I had no issues connecting it to my tv; no issues connecting to WiFi; no issues logging into my google account so I can use the play store; no issues downloading the app I needed for my iptv service. I even purchased their cool keyboard/remote with a backlight so the keys light up. All smooth sailing.One bad thing. The next day I tried to use it, it wasn’t receiving any power. I emailed them to let them know about my problem. Lily was top notch with trying to help me out. We figured out the problem was with the power adapter. It’s a bit loose on the end where the USA adapter part is at. I taped it up so it works just fine, however, Lily sent me a partial refund for the faulty part. That’s fantastic customer service.I plan on buying a couple more of these boxes for the other rooms in my house. It fits our needs very well.Thank you.

I bought this box becuase it said 4k. While the main menu does show on tv that its 4k quality, when you click the video player and play movies/tv shows, it shows it as 1080p. Even in settings on the video player, says max 1080p and wont allow you to change it.Decent box, but disappointing uhd wise

Update - 1/20/2019 - Customer support worked with me and got me humming along! It no longer turns off and the remote works when I need it to. Out of the four other TV boxes I have - this is by far the fastest. If it had 5ghz wifi I'd use it for netflix versus my Amazon Firestick - but that's about the only downside, plus you can't install anything you want on this device which makes it usable for games!The unit is fast and powerful, I am impressed with the size, ports offered, and speed of unit. What I cannot stand is the remote. I have 4 of these style media boxes with a wireless mouse connected, I then hide the unit behind the TV. This unit will not stay powered on, and the remote will not turn it on, I have to unplug the unit then plug it back in. Once it powers on, I have no issues using it, though I wish the Giant Kodi icon on the home screen would go away since I uninstalled that app.

Despite lofty claims in the ad for this product I found it to be a very poor performer. The device was very slow and wouldn't run my STARZ app after installing it. The menus were poor and the bottom line of the on-screen menus was almost completely outside the viewing area. The device lagged behind input from the remote control, sometimes taking 2 or 3 seconds to respond. I tried it on an older non-smart Sony HD TV and then on my newer Samsung Smart TV. In both cases this TV Box worked poorly. Picture quality was mediocre. My advice is don't buy this! I returned it to Amazon and ordered an Amazon Firestick. The Firestick is amazing and worked perfectly. Now I'm happy!

Not compatible with new apps

This Android TV box is good for the money. it comes with everything you need to get started except 2 AAA batteries. After some minor set up like Wi-Fi and my Google info, I was rocking and rolling. Since it's utilizing the Android play store, there are tons of options for content and apps via the store. This model is the 2gb/ 16gb unit. Although being lower in the memory from other Android boxes, it works very well and hard to tell the lack of memory from the cost savings. I use it for YouTube, Netflix, Emby, and other streaming services. It also provides an app that you can cast via miracast, which makes it simple to cast from your cell phone or Windows device. I also installed a 64 gb micro SD card, in case I don't have a Wi-Fi connection I could still utilize the built-in media player for movies and shows I have loaded onto that card. Another good feature is I can utilize a few buttons for my TV to control power, volume, and etc.I would highly recommend this unit if you're needing a streaming device..

A great little TV Box. I purchased two and have been using them both for over a month and have had no problems or crashes. Fast and responsive. The remote could be better. One small issue, I can only turn off the device by using the remote. There is no shut down option on screen, so if the remote breaks, I'm not sure how i will turn the device off. (This may not be the case but I haven't managed to find another way to turn it off yet)

It works kind of slow response thoughMost of the streaming apps I installed with no issues but few didn't work for me,I bought two of them and had to return them. I got them cause I needed the ethernet wired connection.
