I really like these electrolyte packets! They’re convenient, affordable, and sugar-free, with good flavors that mix easily. The variety pack lets me switch it up daily. They keep me hydrated and give a nice energy boost. The individual packets are perfect for busy days. They are a bit sweet, so I dilute them more than recommended, but overall they’re a great, cheaper alternative to other brands. I’ll keep using them!

She enjoyed the watermelon, strawberry-raspberry, passion fruit, and especially the lemonade flavor. She doesn't really like the orange flavor though. I especially love that it dissolves easily without turning the water cloudy. And it being dye free and sugar free is a great plus. I have really seen improvements in her hydration status so it is really effective in that department.This is less expensive than other brands we've tried in the past.The only "downside" to this product isn't really a downside. The individual packets are perfect for on the go, but unlike other drink mixes the packet is heavy duty enough to need scissors to open. The good part to that is I have had any electrolyte powder bursts in my purse or my son's backpack.Overall, great product, great taste, great health benefits.

They are not nearly as tasty as LMNT, but they are half the price, and seem to have cleaner ingredients than LMNT, which has natural flavors, so these are pretty good all things considered.Couple of the flavors taste like soap to me, but that could just be me, my wife did t get the same taste.Based on decent flavor and clean ingredients and USA company, I would recommend and buy again.
