It worked! Postional vertigo symptoms gone
I was suffering with terrible postional vertigo for several weeks. Over the years I've had it come and go, but could always fix it with the Epley Maneuver, but lately it wasn’t working. In desperation, I tried these vitamins. While continuing the Epley moves, after just a couple of days the spinning vertigo and accompanying nausea stopped. It's been over a month and it has not come back. I'm surprised, but ecstatic with the results.

Be aware that it contains SOY and high levels of B12
Does not contain a lot of the items that people are generally sensitive to BUT be aware that it does contain SOY, and a couple of the %DV are quite a bit above 100%. Did not really seem to help my dizziness, but it did seem to help my Tinnitus a bit? Might be worth trying if you are not sensitive to any of te ingredients.

Do not take this product if you have any kind of stomach or intestinal issues. It is really hard on those areas to tolerate.
