Nice product. This serves the purpose and provides a nice comfort yo the neck.The product is value for money.

Good pillow, the amount is little high

Really a good product. Provides good neck support, gives relief to the vertebral column. My usual stiffness in the morning at shoulder region is not there afyer using the product.

I purchased a Wakefit pillow from Amazon, expecting a quality product backed by the advertised one-year warranty. Unfortunately, after just 325 days of use, the pillow began to deteriorate and break apart.Upon contacting Wakefit customer service, I was informed that the issue was not considered a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered under the warranty. I was further told that support is only available within the 10-day return on Amazon purchase. This raises serious concerns about the validity and purpose of the so-called one-year warranty if it excludes common product issues encountered within that timeframe.I am quite disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service experience. A warranty should offer customers reassurance and support — not fine print that limits its usefulness. I would caution potential buyers to be aware of these limitations before making a purchase.

Supports neck, regular shape is okay, value for money, with the quality, color, and fit.

The pillow is nice but I don't feel comfortable because I need more thikness so that I return the product
