Does the Job
Although they do not stick as well where I put them, at the base of my skull were the spine joins, think it is because of the curvature. But they do actually work, I just have to keep pressing it down every now and again. The heat keeps well and as I have had my osteoarthritis spondalitis for over 40 years, they do well compared to all the different creams I have used, but I did find that the Deep Heat cream actually worked the best. Plus it is better than relying on strong pain killers that take much longer to work.

WOW !! certainly packs some heat - USE A LITTLE - you can always top up and it does of course NOT need rubbing in as one male reviewer said !!! that's the whole point of a roll on. It's got some serious heat to it, but my back seems to be much happier. Super service, thank you.
Twist cap to remove lid. Massage onto required area. On first application apply sparingly as people may experience warmth differently. If stronger effect is desired, reapply as necessary. Use as required. Replace cap after use.
