Valuable support for treatment for Sleep Apneoa
This pillow has really helped me with sleeping comfort when using my CPAP machine. With a normal pillow, the mask was regularly either digging into my face or being pushed off my face when sleeping. This has really positively impacted the effectiveness of treatment and quality of sleep

As a new user of CPAP therapy, I found a standard pillow uncomfortable and it tended to knock my mask off. As others have mentioned, this one is comfortable, provides all the necessary support and has a space for my mask to rest. It seems to be of good quality and fits pillowcases I already have. I guess, like anything of this type, only time will tell if it provides good value but for the moment, I'm happy with it.

Effective For CPAP USERS, and SPONDYLITIS
This is a fantastic pillow for CPAP machine users. The indented 'Cs' on each side of the pillow accommodate the mask and the tubing. The pillow is memory foam which supports your face whichever side you end up on and prevents mask indentations in your face. Great for side-sleepers!The spinal alignment is wonderful if like me, you suffer with spondylitis of the neck.Use this pillow on its own to get the full benefit.Do you make replacement covers? I would be happy to buy one.

Comfortable
Very comfortable pillow with the right level of firmness to provide good neck support. The shaped cut outs are excellent for my Cpap full face mask and prevent it digging into my face when I sleep on my side or front.

Sleep apnea
I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea so someone mentioned getting one of these to help me sleep as I'm a side sleeper. The firmness was great not like some pillows you get that are rock hard. Quality was a proper one not a knock off . Slept really well only woke up because I needed a drink. Would definitely recommend it if you like me.

Great nights sleep
Great pillow for CPAP. Been using CPAP for 2 years & this is the 1st Contour pillow that I have bought. Very pleased with it. Comfortable, well designed and good value. Just spent 1st night on it and had a great nights sleep. Wish I'd bought one 2 years ago!

Ok
I tried this for my bad snoring as it stated that it helps with posture, and not just for people with sleeping masks.Whilst it did help with my posture, my snoring was still causing havoc for my partner, with him stating that my snoring was the same. I tried it for over a month, with not much success.It is however comfortable and I do think it is more suited to people with sleep masks and not just us snorers.
