I have struggled with staying asleep for years and years and have taken magnesium regularly and also melatonin when I wake up and can't go back to sleep. Pure Encapsulations Supplements CANNOT Be at!! Best Vitamin B12 On the Market!!!
I am new to the journey of vitamins, but not to the wellness journey of annual MD visits. My PCP has been trying for years to get me to take supplements. Only for the reason of insignificant complaints to her: "I'm tired more often, I'm gaining a little weight, my skin looks dull, etc." She told me to take a multivitamin, but more importantly, suggested the importance of choosing quality vitamin brands and not purchase a bottle based on it's price or aesthetic marketing. After investigating, I found out that PURE ENCAPSULATIONS supplement manufacturer has FDA certified laboratories test all their products. As stated on pharmaceutical reports, this is important because OTHER VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT COMPANIES use in-house labs, or skip-lot testing. How a vitamin is made and what is put in it really determine your well being. PURE ENCAPSULATIONS do not have added ingredients or fillers. This company is fantastic!! If you are looking for a vitamin B supplement, chances are, it is the B12 or the B6. The B6 does a number on your liver if taking too high of a dose or taken for a long time. It's even worse if you drink alcohol occasionally. Now, as for the price? I just cut back on some of my stops at the Starbucks drive-thru!!
