Good Wedge Pillow
There is a chemical smell that dissipates after a couple of days after unwrapping and I would suggest not using until then. Mine did come with a spare pillowcase.I have owned this wedge pillow for about a month now and have found it comfortable and supportive.

Very soft but firm.
My mother has asthma and had a foam wedge to help keep her elevated to ease her breathing. Well it was about a decade old and needed replacement. I looked at many wedges and settled on this one. Let me tell you it's not super squishie but still soft enough to be comfortable. This one is so nice I ordered a second one for when or if we need it. Thank you for the great product.
