I effing love this pillow!!For years and years I have struggled with pillows. Basically finding one too few and two too many.I've tried 'ergonomic' ones, fluffy ones and firm ones. Nothing ever feels right, for very long.This is just fantastic! The wonderful support it gives to your head and neck is incredible.If you can imagine laying your head on a great big oversized jelly, that is how it feels to me. Your head dips into the surface slightly, but not too far, just enough. When you move your head, it kind of rolls across the surface, it's lovely.It's quite an expensive outlay for one pillow. But because of the latex material and its hypoallergenic properties, it will last years and years, so is in effect, an investment.NB - it comes in a lovely pillow protector but I had to remove it from this, to find the right comfort level for me. Just something to bear in mind.Love it.

Firmer than expected. But very comfortable.

It's firm, but not hard. It has a good thickness, and is great for both sleeping on and using as back support whilst sitting in bed.Latex pillows are the best material for pillows you can get. They're not as cruel as animal-down, and don't lose the bounce over time.They're not as prone to just collapsing as memory foam, and actually offer some resistance and support where it's needed.There's a rubbery-odour for the first few days of opening, so it's good to leave these to rest before using them if the odour is overwhelming to you. But after that, they're pillows that will likely never let you down over years (I've had latex pillows for decades that are exactly as they were when I bought them).Sadly it's very hard to get good latex pillows in the uk. Before brexit it was reasonably affordable to import them from the EU, but since the prices are too high, and it makes it more difficult to buy and return there now there's limited choice in the UK.The only other brand I found on amazon which had a good rating, were about 8 cm deep or less, which is too shallow. So I took the risk with these Not Swiss Cheese pillows despite there being no ratings, and lucky for me it paid off, as nothing I've tried for years have come close to the quality of these.These are as advertised as 12cm deep which is the perfect thickness for pillows to me.I've now bought some for me and the wife.For those interested, these are Dunlop latex, which are firmer and denser. They also apparently sell Talalay (although I don't see them listed on amazon) which are lighter and "fluffier" but are usually more expensive. I've slept on the firmer style for years now and am very happy with the Dunlop style latex.

Hard and not as expected and when I sent it back the company never issued my refund or responded to my messages. Luckily Amazon rectified this themselves and passed it over to the company.

If you've lost your sense of smell these pillows are quite good. Not washable, so getting rid of the odour is quite challenging, airing in the fresh air didn't work for me. Such a shame because otherwise they seem quite comfy. Delivery time exceeded expectations so there's that.

This Queen size Dunlop pillow is so comfortable it gives me the best sleep qualiy, and of the best quality of product with value for money.
