I wear makeup every day. I have sensitive, combination skin that is prone to acnee. I have tried countless cleasing balms and makeup removers and many different brands of micellar water. To a certain degree every single one of them irritated my skin, some more than others, but none was perfect, until I tried this one. This Eucerin cleansing gel is everything I was looking for. It removes makeup very well, I only need a couple of pumps for all my face, and it is gentle. It cleans without drying and without irritating it. The skin feels refreshed and hydrated after using this. The price is good and the bottle has a good size. I like the packaging with the pump. I will subscribe and save. I recommend this gel cleanser with my eyes closed. It is perfect.

Better than expected. I use this at night as a step during Makeup removal. I have very sensitive skin but have not had an issue with this product. It leaves the skin very smooth and it has been very moisturizing. I will continue to purchase I prefer over some of the more expensive face washes that I have purchased.

Update: I added another star to the original rating because I am able to fix the problem of dry skin with a light layer of squalane oil right after washing with this cleanser. Since I utilized moisturizing oil in my routine I no longer have dry and tight skin after cleansing. This cleanser is still effective at removing my mineral sunscreen without breaking me out or cause any irritations. I will finish the bottle and then decide if I will repurchase. I only use a (large) pea size at a time so this will go a long way.Original review:I have combo skin. My cheeks are very dry while the T zone is very oily. I used Vanicream facial cleanser for years. They are a bit drying on my cheeks in winter time but otherwise perfectly fine. I do not like the shiny mica in it, and Eucerin's hydrating cleansing gel has hyaluronic acid so it's supposedly more hydrating. The reality is that Eucerin is no more hydrating than Vanicream and even when used in the middle of summer it's slighly drying on my dry cheeks. Aside from that, it's totally fungal acne safe (just like the Vanicream), very gentle, did not break me out, and has a very pleasant consistency. I will not buy it again given the disappointing hydration capability and higher price (than Vanicream). BTW, I do not wear make up so I cannot compare the two for cleansing abilities.

I love how clean and fresh my face feels after using this! Gets super sudsy and does the job. The scent is clean and not overbearing. Honestly a great value for the price!

I started using this in the middle of a terrible breakout. Didn't clear it but also did not exacerbate it. Feels soothing. Cleans skin without stripping pores. Toner wipes come out clean but I do wash twice when using makeup with heavy staying power. Even gets my water proof mascara without taking my eyelashes but would still recommend an additional mascara remover. I was afraid it would be to drying once I started on accutane but my skin adjusted after a couple weeks. I have finished my course of accutane and still using with out any other issues. I have tried several face washes high and low end but this one is the only one i've bought more than twice. Been using for over a year. Check the ingredients, no skin irritators, pore cloggers, or skin barrier stripers. If you have dry skin and are looking for something moisturizing, I would say keep looking. You could still use if you have a moisturizer that you like. This does not help with moisture. If you have oily to normal skin, this is your product. However, it does not help the oiliness, but also won't make it worse. BTW this is my honest non incentivized opinion for the people dependent on reviews and looking for a good non clogging or stripping face wash.

I have sensitive and dry skin, finding a skin cleanser is a challenge. Came across this one and gave it a shot, it works. My skin doesn’t feel tight nor dry. It’s also a value for your coins. It’s decent. It’s my second step cleanser. Recommend.

I bought this because I previously used a cleansing gel from another company and wanted something similar to clean my skin and help with keeping moisture in. This gel does not work well at all for keeping my skin hydrated. It cleans well - I can use it to remove makeup easily - but even before I can reach for the moisturizer, my face feels like a desert. I really wanted to like this but unfortunately I won't buy it again.
