Made my life super easy. For a person like me who was scared of usi g stove pressure cookers. This is a life saver. Good product.Takes little time to heat up but thats a plus. As it doesn't burn down.

Instant pot serves me well!
I have mostly used it for dried chickpeas - soak 6 hours and then add 1/4 tsp baking soda and pressure cook 20 minutes on beans setting. Great for hummus! I also frequently make rice in it. 'Saute' takes time to heat but then gets really hot so turn it off after 5 minutes so you don't burn your spices..

product that I strongly advise against after two uses, no longer switches off automatically after the end of the program, so it continues to work until the food burns.
