It's takes getting used to.

This tastes ok. I was hoping it was for weight loss with combined with Spirulina but so far nothing. Can't vouch for the energy level or effectiveness yet.

Tastes great and I think it’s helping regulate my blood sugar-add it to my morning smoothie.

This powder complements very well my protein shakes that I made every morning for my breakfast. It gives an extra boost of flavor and I appreciate the ingredients. However, it is a little too sweet and it can overpower other flavors if you use a lot.
