I've been using this USB hub for almost two years now to connect my laptop to three monitors and other devices. They work so well that I have three of these at home and the office. One of the highlights of these hubs is its versatility. It includes [specific ports like HDMI, USB-C, SD card reader, Ethernet, etc.], allowing for seamless connectivity with multiple devices. I never had a problem with it, until two weeks ago when two of my monitors lost signal with the hub. After troubleshooting the issue myself with no luck, I reached out to the Plugable support. Honestly, I'm not expecting that they would respond to my email. Not only they responded, they responded only couple hours after I sent my email...impressive!!! Support diligently troubleshoot the issue further with not much success so they sent me a new one even though my USB hub is two years old already. In short, I am back in business! Plugable not only has amazing products, support is TOP NOTCH, and they are a US-based company!

Nice Dock with plenty of ports. Does everything you need it to do. I use this for work/personal use and having three screens is a game changer. This is probably the best most versatile and most affordable docking station that works with basically all computers.One big thing I have noticed with wireless mouses. If you're experiencing major lag and jumpiness with your wireless mouse/keyboard (especially with Logitech), you need to get a usb extender that is usb 2.0. Don't ask me why but this fixes the problem. Any cheap usb extender will work. This fixes the lag problem.

Using my samsung laptop and enjoying three independent screens! This provides sufficient power and all is right. Easy to set up. Wish it were a little smaller, but c'est la vie.

This device works very well.There was an issue caused by Windows 11 USB Selective Suspend that was disconnecting the external drives.Support told me how to fix it quickly.Support is very responsive and will work with you to find a solution.

Do not buy, the htmi ports are the worse and customer service is the worse. You don’t tell a customer that hard malfunction is a software issue. I noticed an issue after I bought it and dismissed it because it thought I had to use 1 and 2 ports before using the third. Six months later and use the third and it took a while to get working. I then decided to buy a third and return company owned monitor. I plugged in the new monitor for three full monitors that I own and they stopped working. I could not get them to work at all. Did get one working wiggle it just right and I got it working. I thought I would have to buy a brand new one another one instead I bought three new HDMI cords and now it works. Don’t know for how long but it is a hardware issue. It is the actual device the actual pluggable dock not the software for the plug old dock, no software for it so I don’t know where in hell they get off. I’m not downloading some unknown file that my work computer denies because it’s it’s unknown and potentially harmful for your computer. Do not buy. Do not buy. Do not buy. Do not buy. Bought this for my wife’s desk, she has an MacBook Pro with two monitors. It works perfectly just need to download a driver and it even works out of the box with my other laptops. I might buy this to replace my work provided HP dock since those have so many issue with “black screening”, its a fraction of the price and works so much better than the HP.
