Awesome cookies, not packed for shipping
These cookies are wonderful, chocolate heaven. However, if you want to give them as a gift this is not the place to buy them. The seal was torn, and the tin was severely dented. :( Glad I only ordered one.

Arrived destroyed, can't request refund or replacement
These cookies arrived in really bad shape. There was a huge dent in the tin — looked like someone hit it with a hammer — and the cookies had been smashed into pieces. And by "pieces" I mean it's basically just chocolate flour at this point.

Not as good as the ones you get directly from the UK.
The tin was slightly dent. But that's not a big deal. My DIL brought a tin of these from England when she was there for work, we loved them! They were fresh and crumbly, and so good. I splurged on these, they have an odd smell, were not at all like the ones she brought from the UK. They're not as crumbly or fresh. They were very stale.

Dented and unsealed
I ordered 2 tins of cookies, both tins arrived heavily dented and both quality seals were opened. Unable to request a return. Would not buy again.

Decorative Earl Grey canister bent.
Product arrived with bent container. This is the third metal container for the biscuits that was bent. It obviously occurred during packaging since the Amazon box was not damaged. There is a no return policy. I would not advise anyone to purchase the product.
