Very pleased with this. Arrived ahead of schedule, undamaged. Fits and looks great, waterproof,will protect the area from camping gear, muddy boots, sand. Like that I can lift out easy to hose it down. Is light so can still access the storage area below. There is a little recess on the left which is good for deicer cans etc.

When this first arrived I was unimpressed, it was rolled up in a box and appeared misshapen/poor quality. Once unrolled and in the boot it returned to the desired shape and is actually a pretty decent product. It fits the boot of my 2019 seat Alexa like a glove and is exactly what I wanted. It’s thick and robust enough to offer the desired level of protection and I can’t really fault it, especially when you consider it’s cheaper than a lot of other options

Fits well in the car, and massively helps with dog hair. Easily cleans and fits back in.

On first opening this product I could see it was a cheap thin shell like plastic construction with no weight or rubber finish to prevent things in the boot moving around on travel. I could probably have lived with this aspect.Bought the Seat Ateca 2016+ fit, it was marked on the product label as such, but when I came ot fit it to my 2018 Ateca, it was impossible to tell which was front and which was back. No mind as both ways was an awful fit, leaving twists and chinks around all the edges which couldnt be resolved. Due to the lightness of the material it really would sit flat.Issue 3, though no bother, amazon return. Turns out this is a third party seller that are happy to refund you if you are happy to pick up the cost of return - i would guess somewhere in the region of a third of the cost of the product. Obviously not happy with this I contact amazon support who in turn contacted the seller to request they send out a pre-paid lable for return. I was happy with this and a return at no cost to me. Unfourtunately seller did not agree, and requested I send registration of vehicle and pictures of the issue or ''just use the amazon return service''. So essentially they are asking the customer to prove there is an issue - great customer service guys. I do have an alternative suggestion, why dont you test the products you sell for quality and fit BEFORE selling them to consumers rather than demanding that your customers take time out of their day to supply evidence of a shoddy product you have sold? Just a thought 😏Ultimately, not sure what the OEM price is for a boot protector but its probably worth based on this experience of a ''made to measure'" alternative. It had a feel of a £10 Universal boot protector, maybe market it as such.

Great piece of kit to protect the boot carpet. Appears perfectly durable and ideal for the wear and tear it will get from us. A third of the cost of one supplied by the dealership.Excellent service and delivered just a couple of days after order made. Well done.
