This was a good purchase.
I wore one on each knee on a mountain hike and they were extremely helpful in keeping me from pain even during a fall. I would suggest that the measurement given is subject to whether or not one has a normal leg or a heavier one. I weigh 190 lbs. and should have gotten the larger size even though my leg diameter was within the measurement given.

As expected
I double checked my dimension before buying and got one with a really good fit for those dimensions. Very snug but not tight. Inner and out layers are cloth too, so no sticking to the skin or excessive sweating. Stitching is really good and material seems well made.

Works well for our use!
My husband has issues hurting his knee while he is sleeping. The brace seems to be preventing injury (uses it when he sleeps). It also gets warm under the brace which keeps the knee from getting stiff and sore. Height 5 ft 10 inches, weight 235; got the XL and fits just right. Felt the quality was good and it was well worth the price. Works well for our purposes.

Was very disappointed!
Doesn't stay up, I had to keep pulling it up back into the right position. I would just start walking and it would fall right down. While this kept happening I finally stopped fixing it and it cut into the back of my knee. Was very disappointed!
