A Skincare Game-Changer at Home
My Honest Review of the 2 in 1 UNOISETION Blackhead Remover & Dermabrasion Machine: A Skincare Game-Changer at HomeAs someone who has spent years battling clogged pores, dull skin, and an inconsistent skincare routine, I can say that the 2 in 1 UNOISETION Desktop Blackhead Remover and Dermabrasion Facial Machine has completely transformed how I care for my face. I bought this on a whim during a late-night online shopping binge, skeptical but intrigued by the idea of professional-grade microdermabrasion and vacuum suction all in one device — and in the comfort of my own home.Setup & First ImpressionsThe machine arrived in a sleek, well-packaged box, clearly labeled and with all parts neatly secured. It comes with two primary functions:1. Blackhead Suction (Vacuum Function)2. Diamond Microdermabrasion Wand (for exfoliation)Inside the box were:The main console unitA diamond microdermabrasion handleBlackhead suction probes (with varying sizes)A set of diamond tips (fine to coarse)A bag of replacement filters, gaskets, and o-ringsInstructions and a brief skin treatment guideAt first glance, it looks like something straight out of a spa or medspa — very professional and compact. Setup was straightforward: connect the wand and probes to the tubing, select the tip, turn the machine on, and adjust the suction level.---My Experience:I started with the microdermabrasion function. I used the fine diamond tip on the lowest suction setting for the first week to let my skin adjust. The wand gently buffed away dead skin cells while the vacuum suction removed loosened debris. The sensation is oddly satisfying — not painful, but you can definitely feel it working. I followed the guide by moving slowly and evenly across the face. Results? After just one session, my skin was noticeably smoother, especially on my cheeks and nose. After a few weeks, I noticed:Smaller poresLess texture on my foreheadFewer whiteheads and blackheadsA general glow I hadn’t seen without makeup in yearsThe blackhead vacuum is what I tried next. This part is fantastic if you know how to use it. It’s important not to hover in one spot too long or use a suction level that's too high — otherwise, you risk bruising.---Tips & Tricks (Learned from Experience)Always steam your face or use a warm towel for 5–10 minutes before using either function. It opens your pores and softens debris.Start on the lowest suction level — especially for sensitive areas like around the eyes or cheeks. Gradually increase as your skin tolerates it.Never use it on broken skin or active acne — this can cause irritation or even worsen inflammation.Use the fine tip weekly and the coarse tip sparingly (I use it on my nose once every 10–14 days).Replace filters regularly to ensure optimal suction and hygiene.Don’t skip moisturizer or sunscreen after a session — microdermabrasion makes your skin more sensitive to the sun and dryness.I also recommend using a calming serum post-treatment (like niacinamide or hyaluronic acid).---Pros:Professional-grade results at home: My skin genuinely feels and looks better than after some spa facials I’ve had.Two devices in one: The combo of suction and exfoliation works wonders.Adjustable settings: Great for both beginners and experienced users.Cost-effective over time: After a few uses, it pays for itself compared to spa sessions.Sturdy and durable design: Doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy.Customizable for different skin types: Multiple tips, wands, and suction levels make it versatile.---Cons:Not travel-friendly: It’s desktop-sized and needs a steady surface and outlet — not something to throw in a weekend bag.Learning curve: If you’re not familiar with microdermabrasion, there’s a bit of a learning curve (watch tutorials!).Can bruise if misused: Too much suction or staying in one spot too long may leave temporary marks. No built-in timer: You’ll need to keep track manually to avoid overuse.Instructions could be more detailed: A full skin-type treatment guide would have helped.---Final Verdict:The UNOISETION 2 in 1 Blackhead Remover & Dermabrasion Machine is one of the best skincare investments I’ve made. While it’s not a miracle cure, it has drastically improved my skin’s texture, clarity, and overall glow. It won’t replace good skincare products, but it absolutely enhances their effectiveness by clearing away dead cells and unclogging pores.Would I recommend it? Absolutely — with a little caution. Learn how to use it, be gentle, and stay consistent. If you’re someone who regularly gets facials or struggles with clogged pores, this could be your new secret weapon.

Start slow and low but it actually provides results with consistency
To tell you the truth, I've had a few facials in spas before but I'm really not that careful with my skin. The years, time and the sun... Has really taken it's toll on my skin. I want sure what I was going to do with this and it took me a little while to figure out if it was worth it.I have a few small blackheads in my nose, not many so that wasn't my real reason for wanting this. Exfoliating was the big draw for me and, it actually works. I had to find many videos, not just this machine but professional videos, before using as I read what people were saying and didn't want to walk around redfaced. Watch the videos because unfortunately, the literature I needed was lacking in the box.All of this to say that starts slow and low. I always take a hot steam a shower before I use the abrasion tip of my face and I started with once a week. I could immediately tell a difference, but you absolutely have to follow up with an excellent moisturizer. As my skin has tolerated it, I have been able to bump up the time and power and I really wish I had taken before and after pictures. It is amazing to me that while it hasn't removed wrinkles, my skin looks healthier and dare I say glowier. I don't necessarily know that this is a professional grade machine, but I also know that I do this a lot more than I could ever afford to go to a professional. I think it probably evens out and I am pleased. For the first time in my life. I actually have a little bit of a skincare routine and I'm okay with that. This machine is big and it fits neatly under my sink cabinet as it's not something you're going to want to leave it out. It takes up too much valuable counter space. This is not a one-offer and it does take dedication to see results. Definitely, start slow and low until you see what your face tolerates.

Be careful, but yes it works
This is a cool device for adults who are patient and willing to learn how to use it-- I would not trust teens or children with this device, it's super easy to overdo it and make your face raw and red. But if used properly, a nice tool for smoothing out rough spots and unclogging pores. I'd just stress that if you're the type of person who hates reading/watching instructions, this might not be for you.

This work but you’ll need a face steamer to have you pores open enough
