The phone is honestly amazing. I thought I wouldn’t like it as much as I do but I’m surprisingly liking the detox from social media. As far as the price, can’t complain! It’s a good price for a flip phone on today’s market. The color omg is so freaking pretty. The ringtones are so nostalgic. Battery life isn’t that great but it’s nothing to charge once in the day. It’s so lightweight that I often found myself reaching for my Barbie phone to make calls. Now I only have used it heavily for one day but I will add an update on durability. So far money was well spent, and I’m satisfied with my purchase. I do not need Bluetooth to have a basic phone.

If you want a flip phone this one is a great option. The bonus to having this flip phone in its basic nature is that it does have google maps on it; so that’s a helpful option that isn’t in many basic phone options. It does not have an Apple Store it will be the Kios one and as a person who doesn’t need apps having the option is nice, the quality of those apps would have to be up to people who use them regularly.The rings have Barbie themes in them which is cute, along with Barbie health tips on detoxing. No cute Ken message that some people mentioned, but that might only be on the international versions. So make sure you buy for the right region.It does not have T9 text messaging, it does have something similar with ABC predict which you will have to scroll over to find the right word. It slows down your ability to text if you have mastered T9, but once you learn it I’m sure you be fast like you were with the other method. It does have emojis and the ability to receive those and send pics without downloading data like some make you do.I have prepaid Verizon on it, and it worked right away. My SIM card didn’t fit quite right and to save time and money I shaved one side, the plastic part, and it fit just fine. It has clear voice and better reception from my old flip phone.The other pink cases you can switch out is very nice in design. The hot pink reminds me of the Barbie convertible car and the soft plastic feels like Barbie’s Mattel toys would feel like. It gives me the childlike joy of getting a Barbie from my grandmother every year, so it adds that sentimental feeling when picking it up. The only true complaint I would have is the reflective mirror on the top case. I was never a person who liked to check my face often so that isn’t a useful feature to me. I find it distracting when light catches it. I just wished it gave me an option to switch out the top case because of that. I will just put a vinyl over it but that’s me fixing it to my preference.As a consumer the downfall would be lack of Bluetooth. Outside of that I see it as a good starter phone, detox phone, senior phone, or anyone who just doesn’t want a smart phone.

I was on the fence about this one, but it is the cutest thing and well worth the buy! Comes with extra accessories, stickers, and a cute pink charger. Got it for my 7 year old granddaughter so she has a "home phone" to make calls when she wants - she is not yet allowed to leave the house with it, but still excited about it. Just make sure you choose the right phone carrier. I found Tello to be the best option for what we need - 300 minutes a month without a data plan, but they have plenty of other options available.

I love the phone & all the accessories that came with it but the first one i had for about a week, i babied the heck out of it always.. I means come on, its a barbie phone! Before this new aged barbie stuff, if you're my age, she was & still is an icon. Anyhoo, about a week or two of having it, it started white screening on me, pixelating on both front & inside display, doing things i didnt want it to do. I did reach out to amazon about fixing it some how & they so awesomely offered me a new one of course in exchange for the old one.. Perfect, right? Wrong.. Now the replacement one is doing it as well.. I have no apps on it, if you know, it comes with KaiOS store. Needless to say, I will be returning this phone as well & hopefully be able to get a refund.. The phone is a great basic feature phone.. Was virtually everything i wanted & believe an actual phone should be. Just wish they didnt keep bugging out on me :( battery life was ideal, user friendly & basic.. Not too basic but good for people who dont live their lives in the internet world :)

I bought this as a replacement for my 11 year old phone that broke. Wasn't really expecting much considering the price. Was very surprised, the box it came in is very nice and can easily be used as a jewelry box afterwards, it also comes with a pink charger, and plenty of goodies to decorate your phone. My daughter loves it, it works great with AT&T. Highly recommend.

Really just confused who this is for? If you want a dumbphone, this thing has a web browser. If you're trying to get away from big tech companies, it has Google Maps and search built in. The OS the phone uses has built in ads which are often strange and inappropriate. What data is it collecting to show me these? Absolutely no idea. There's no way to remove the built in apps, especially since the creators decided to make it impossible to use ADB on the phone for like, no reason. It's a fun toy if you don't actually want a dumbphone and don't care about your privacy at all, I guess? At least the stickers are cute.Super disappointing since there are literally no cute dumbphones on the US market right now. At this rate, there never will be :/

It works the way I expected. I got it as a punishment phone for my daughter and it’s working the way I want it to. I was able to take away internet access on this phone and she no longer has access to the apps and websites that she’s been in trouble for. I also love the greeting you get when you turn on the phone, the “Hi Barbie” is great. The battery life seems pretty decent too. It seemed a bit pricey for a flip phone but in the end it was worth it for me. It seems to be durable too because my daughter has thrown it a few times during her fits. I’m not sure how the sounds are but I’m assuming they are good since my daughter hasn’t complained about it.
