Product has a lovely pine smell. Easy to follow diagram-based assembly instructions were very easy to follow. It took approximately 20 minutes to assemble with an eager kitten testing it out as I built.There's a little ball that pops into the hinge which my cat isn't phased by. It's a nice touch. Package arrived with a wicker/silverine cat stick toy. The scratcher itself is aesthetic with it's earth tones.I would 100% recommend, particularly for cats to stretch high up and scratch. It can also be laid the opposite to the L-shape for a longer scratcher.

Good, well designed, pretty and my cats jumped on straight away to scratch but it sheds so much which is inevitable. Your floor will end up with lots of debris sadly…

these are totally useful , my cats regularly scratch them and it is indeed their favorite. They can also stretch themselves nicely. u have to put them on the wall so it will stand still.I bought them two month ago and still it can last longer

I tried several type of scratchers, and this one is finally the one I was looking for! My cat use it every day and it is helping me to save my sofa from his scratches :) Easy to assemble.

This scratcher is great! There is a bit of work involved to put it together, but it took me 5 minutes. I’ve rested it against my new couch and my cat no longer feels the need to scratch the sides! Seriously the best scratcher I’ve bought because of the shape and deterrent. Just buy it, you won’t regret it!

Our cat loves this scratch pad. He's over 15 lbs and he sits comfortably. Great material, scratches like there's no tomorrow and still looks new. Easy and quick to put together. Also plays with the stick toy that comes with it. Only thing is, the ball doesn't stay in place. Cat approved.

Easy to put together, very sturdy. Comes with anti slip grips which is great since my cat likes to run and jump on her scratching boards and they end up all over the place. She instantly started using it the second I finished putting it together. She loves the little ball too! Highly recommend!

This scratcher is well made and has a nicer appeal than most. You can place it several positions according to what your cat fancies. Currently, I have my cat's scratcher set up like the picture. It is like cat furniture.Scratchers are great! If you keep up with placing them in certain places, that your cat may destroy whatever they want, eventually they should just prefer the scratcher. Try many and see which kind that you cat may prefer to use most often.I used to buy the same $30 scratcher at Christmas Tree Shops, at least once a month. It was her favorite. She would love to rip it up and sleep on it. It sucks that our store is gone now. I cannot find that exact scratcher anywhere.This particular scratcher comes in a box, already assembled and ready to be placed. It a perfect size for any size adult cat.
