These are some of the only white strips I've ever used which are both effective and don't hurt my teeth. I have very sensitive teeth and can't use standard white strips without severe pain. Although there is SOME mild sensitivity with using these, it is very minor (1 on a scale of 1 to 10, compared to most which are an 8/10 or higher). Love the blue light too. I can tell a difference after even one 30 minute strip! Excellent product

I’m amazed at how much whiter my teeth are after using these Crest Sensitive 3d whitening strips with blue led light. It was quite noticeable even after just the second application. My teeth were rather yellow before starting to use the product. I’m definitely going to purchase this kit again.

Been using this for about a week now - I highly recommend taking a foto of your teeth on day 1 for comparison.By day 4 - I noticed a difference and took a foto for comparison and definitely my teeth were lighter. Full disclosure- I drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day, often smoke a cigar once a day, and drink some decaf chill out tea at night. So my teeth have a lot of room for color improvement.Today will be day 7 and I will take another foto for reference. Sorry, I'm not posting the pics, I really don't like the look of my teeth since they've gotten a bit crooked over the years.I also recommend that you dry your teeth a little before applying the strips and use your nail to press the strips into the little spaces your teeth might have.I don't notice any taste that is "bad". Basically just dentist type stuff that is sticky.30 minutes goes by really fast, and then 5 minutes with the light is also over before you know it. Then taking the strips off can require a little bit of focus. They stick really well if you apply them into dry teeth.As for gum pain, I noticed a little irritation on day 3 then just adjusted the strip placement as i realized i had part of the strips covering my gum and that solved the problem. Since then, no issues.So far I really like this product and I'm looking forward to seeing my teeth at the end of next week.

I definitely saw a difference after about a week but the strips are short. I wish it would have covered more teeth.

This works great with whitening and doesn't make my sensitive teeth more sensitive

I whiten my teeth on and off. In the past the "off" was always as a result of my teeth becoming far too sensitive too cold and hot after using...requiring a break. Not sure how, but these we're not causing any of those uncomfortable side effects!

Excellent , they are thick so it is easy to put on.

so far, not good. only on day 2 and my teeth are hurting as they normally do when i try to use teeth whitening products :( but this is even quicker than usual, normally i can go a week or so before the pain starts.also the strips don't stick very well which is a huge disappointment. i've tried several cheap, no name brand strips in the past and NEVER had a problem with them sticking. i thought the first day was a fluke maybe but todays strips were even worse.i will update if and when i finish the 14 day course. i know i won't be using tomorrow given all the pain i'm in right now i wouldn't dare. so its going to take me longer than expected. i assumed investing in a big "trusted" name would be worth it but its not looking that way.
