Easy to install
I am no good at handy things, took 15 minutes to install :) Extremely easy and good quality.Happy that I purchased this one because it has not complicated works. Just password, that's it. Also, it has a key so no worries, just use the key.

Locked me out broke down door—seller refunded
Original review/ after 6 months handle knob on inside broke, leaving literally no other option but to break down my door. locked me out of my own house. Had to spend an hour trying to break down my door because i couldn’t get inside to my pets or things. Had people try to fix it only option was to break down my door.I want to amend this review. The seller actually refunded me the cost of this item on their own. Thank you.

Buy it!
Extremely easy to install took about 10-20mins tops, there is a code you can scan to watch a video on installation and programming which is extremely helpful. Seems solid so far , I’m happy with my purchase . Love the auto lock feature

Easy peasy
Purchased to lock our valuables in a closet so disabled resident can’t “steal” them. Easy to install and easy to program. I didn’t time myself but it was probably 20 minutes or less.

I really like these locks the fact that you don't need your keys is a plus

The lock worked for six months
Won't stay open without the key! Had to take it apart after 6 months to adjust the wiring.
