I'd have liked to have seen a photo of the product, rather than just the closed bag so I could have got an idea of the quality of the cashews - so buying these 'sight unseen' was a bit of a gamble, but I needn't have worried.These are really nicely produced, top quality, raw, whole Cashews. All whole, very few splits, hardly any broken pieces, no discolouration, no bits of skin or teste, no damage. Just lovely, fresh, whole plump Cashews with a shelf life of over twelve months.I've uploaded a couple of pics so you can see the product.Bag itself is a stout, foiled pouch with a strong, resealable ziplock closure to keep the nuts fresh, cool and dark.Doesn't say whether these Cashews are grown/processed in Vietnam or India.Nevertheless, excellent value at current price and will definitely buy again. Sight unseen!

Arrived quickly, decent size of almonds, no rotten or broken almonds in the midst as often found with other suppliers, all in all good quality. I am given 4 instead of 5 as they are a little dry (I feel the need of soaking them in water overnight) and not as flavoursome as the ones from Southern Italy, but again far better than those bought from several other suppliers I tried on Amazon.

I bought these as I make my own version of the paleo hazelnut and cacao protein bar. These were cheaper (just about) than buying lots of small packs of hazelnuts from Ocado. I think they cost about £15 at the time of purchase.I like these hazelnuts and I like the resealable foil pouch that these come in. All of these hazelnuts have been good quality, with a good hazelnut taste and a good skin. I have not as yet come across any ‘dud’ hazelnuts that are all shrivelled and dry but as I don’t generally eat these on their own as I do almonds, I might be missing them.I would definitely recommend these as a bulk option to buying smaller packs for snacking. The foil pouch keeps them fresh.

I was so fed up with the walnuts from my local supermarket that I decided to search Amazon for an alternative. The little supermarket packets were always full of flaky bits and the walnuts looked old - I always worried they were going rancid, even though the use by date was well in advance. NEVER AGAIN will I buy supermarket walnuts! These Sunburst Whole Golden Californian walnuts are just delicious. They taste exactly the same as if they were freshly cracked nuts. Ok, so you pay about half as much again for these walnuts, but at least you can't resist eating them. The supermarket ones usually get thrown away after a few weeks.The packet is really strong and is easily sealed again. There are reportedly tremendous health benefits from eating a handful of walnuts a day (have a look at Dr Mercola's website for example), and these nuts taste so fresh I really feel they are doing me some good. I will definitely keep purchasing.Update.....Bit shocked to find the price has gone up by nearly £9 in just a few months. Am hesitating to re-purchase

I have purchased this company's Walnuts several times, as well as other nuts from the same company; they have all been good quality. However, I see from the latest bag I have purchased that the company have changed from foil packets to plastic packets, hence the three stars.Lots of companies are trying to use less plastic for obvious reasons; it's a shame that this company have gone the opposite way - the foil packets were recyclable, but the plastic ones aren't.
