Great performer
Our previous bidet seat started acting up so I'm glad I found the Toto. The problem with the old one was a remote so I wanted one with controls attached. Everything is easy to adjust and it does a great job. I actually missed that this model does not have a blow dryer, but I don't use the dryer function anyway so no problem, but if you need that function choose a different model. Excellent quality and performance.

Great price for everything you could probably want in a bidet!
I've wanted a bidet for a long time and finally splurged on one. This model isn't the highest end but I feel like Toto must be THE brand to get because even this "lower end model" has everything I wanted and works very well! I'm glad I didn't spend more money on a different one when this one does everything I wanted.

Any kinks in earlier models are gone
Any kinks in earlier versions have been designed out of this least expensive Washlet model, which had no dryer that would have cost another $100. My Washlet replaced a 5-year old model from another makerIt's a quality product.

Works as advertised
The issue with these is you need power by your toilet, so I had to have a plugin put into the toilet room. It works great and warms the water. My wife loves it. The only issue I have is that I don't get the pressure I got in my old, unheated, manual bidet. That is why I am giving it 4 stars. Other than that is is sturdy, easy to install, and is attractive.

My bootyhole is nice and clean. Warming seat is great in the winter time.

The Stuff of Legend
80% of western toilets I've used in Japan are outfitted with this bidet. Anyone who has been to Japan or anyone who knows someone that's been to Japan knows about this bidet. This is THE bidet.

Get's the job done!
Does the job. Cleans the tush. Yes, you can probably get other brands that offer a lot of bells and whistles for the same price, but here you're paying for a brand that lives and breathes washlets. I've bought a different brand before and the feel of the stream itself just feels different.

Worth the money
I'm not a big fan of bidets, personally, but my wife loves this. It was her idea, based on a friend's recommendation.
