Perfect! And unbelievable that it could be so easy to reconfigure my broken F-150 key. I was even able to use the part that said "Ford" on it so it looks like factory. Ford quoted $350!

My used Explorer didn't come with a key fob so I ordered this one and took it to the dealership to get programed. They told me that 30% of aftermarket jobs don't work. To their surprise and mine, this one worked great and they said it was easy to program. Very pleased with the quality and price for the fob.

It lasted roughly nine months, and I have two keys. The other being the factory key, so I switch them often. Today, I went to start my truck, and the key broke in the ignition. I turned the key and released it like I always do. I heard my keys hit the floor. I was like, “I know I put the key in the ignition, so wtf?” I picked up the fob, and it was missing the key. Luckily, it had enough sticking out for me to turn it back to off, and I was able to pull the key out. Sucks that it costs $250 to have it cut and then it breaks in less than nine months and without consistent use.

We needed an extra remote and this delivered well. I took the key in to be cut and programmed and it did so with ease.I was a bit worried because some said that the key didn't work well unless you were right next to the vehicle but I tried it from across the street and half way across a grassy area so it was about a block away and I saw my lights flash to unlock.The only issue I have seen is that the buttons are touchy. We are getting a case to hopefully stop it but dropping my key in my back pack makes my key flip out, truck lights dance and the horn honk.All in all it's a well made flip key fob, just a bit touchy.

Looks and acts the same as the stock key. Requires a local locksmith to copy the side cut and program it, although the latter may (emphasis, may) be possible with FORscan.

Programed without any issues for my 2019 Ford F150. Saved a ton of money doing this myself. My truck was purchased used and I was only given one key.-Key was programed using FORSCAN for windows software version 2.3.62 (needed to purchase 1 year license for $12)-I used the usb to OBD2 adaptor recommended by FORSCAN website. Amazon (Vgate vLinker FS OBD2 USB Adapter for FORScan HS/MS-CAN Auto Switch) $35-My local locksmith charged $40 to cut the key.I've never used FORSCAN in my life but found it to be extremely easy to use. I used the add a key option without deleting any of the previous keys. The entire programming process only took about 5 minutes. My local dealership wanted almost $400 to supply, cut and program a new key. I did this all myself for $117 leaving me with the tools needed to make additional keys any time I want.

This matched up exactly to the factory one. I needed another one and buying through batteries plus was pricey. Now you will get the we can't guarantee it will program and no refund. Now there is a way to do it using the ForScan software but apparently I wasn't doing it right so I did have them program it. Working better than the original I have.
