PURCHASED ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 AND JUST STOPPED WORKING TODAY FEBRUARY 17,2021. IT WAS CHARGED FOR A WEEK, I SHAVE MY HEAD EVERY WEDNESDAY. IT WENT FROM 90 MINUTES DOWN TO 79 MINUTES, THEN JUST SHUT OFF ! I PULGED IT BACK IN AND NOW IT COMES UP WITH 00 MINUTES AND AN ESCAMATION POINT IN THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER LIKE THIS : ! HOW CAN I CONTACT THE MFG, BECAUSE THERE'S NO INFO OR PHONG NUMBER ON THE BOX/PACKAGING TO DO SO ???VERY UPSET FOR LESS THAN A YEAR'S USAGE !!

I like that it has five blades, I don’t like how sometimes it leaves a little bit of razor burn on my neck area. I like how it’s small, convenient, and the charge lasts forever. I look forward to taking it on travel instead of packing a bunch of shaving stuff.

FOR PRICE A GOOD VALUE. BUT DOES NOT WORK WELL WHEN SHAVING HEAD HAIR THAT IS LONGER THAN 1/8" LONG. REQUIRES CLEANING AFTER EACH USE. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE TWO SO FAR WITHIN AN YEAR. AND TO GET ANY HELP FROM MANUFACTURER, HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO.

Works fine until it stop working only had it less than a year. How can I get a answer to try to fix it.

I bought this for my brother who has autism to make shaving easier for him. He loves it! He said it’s easy, quick, and does a good job.

I like the fact it did what was advertised. Very easy to use and clean. It gave me a brand new way of shaving.

It doesn't shave as close, as I hoped for. It still leaves a head full of stubbles behind. I was trying to compensate for the higher prices ones; thinking it "should" perform the same. However, I'm left with using disposable razors to finish the job, for that clean-shaven look. When I say stubbles, and if I had to give a unit of measurement, I would comfortably say, 1/32 of a inch, and absolutely feels like 100 - 80 grit sandpaper. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone, and strongly advise to pass this one up quick, fast, and in a hurry.
